How To make Apple Upside Down Cake
-ROSE RAY DSJN00A- 1/4 c Plus 3 tbs butter; divided
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Mace
3 Apples
2 ts Lemon juice
1 1/3 c Cake flour
3/4 c Sugar
1 3/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg; separated
Preheat oven to 375~. Melt 1/4 cup butter in 8-inch square baking pan. Add brown sugar and spices; mix well. Peel apples. Remove cores; discard. Cut apples into rings. Arrange over brown sugar mixture in bottom of pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Set aside. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in remaining 3 tablespoons butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and vanilla; beat at low speed with electric mixer until dry ingredients are moistened. Continue beating 2 minutes at medium speed. Blend in egg yolk. Beat egg white in small bowl at high speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form; gently fold into batter. Pour over apples in pan. Bake 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate. Let stand 1 minutes before removing pan. TODAY'S RECIPE IS The Famous 1 Egg Apple Cake Recipe | Apple Upside Down Cake in Fry Pan | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
One egg
Sugar 1/3 cup
Whisk until foamy consistency
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 2/3 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Add gradually
Milk 1/4 cup
Apple
Make hole in the middle
20cm non stick pan
Grease butter
Sprinkle some sugar
Pour cake batter
Cook it on flame for 15-25 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Upside down Apple & Dates Cake On Stove Top!
I made this beautiful upside-down cake in a pan, on the stovetop, using 1 apple, 1 egg, and dates. It also has simple caramel sauce too! Came out so delicious it finished in no time.
It is simple to make but has some tricks. I will try to give you all the details to have the best result.
Ingredients For Apple, Dates & Walnuts Upside Down Cake on Pan:
For 22cm nonstick pan size
For the cake batter
1 egg
1/4 cup or 3-4 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp plain yogurt (if you don't have yogurt use 1/4 more milk)
1/4 cup or 3-4 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp flour (Add the 1 tbsp at the end if needed for thick smooth batter consistency)
1 heaped tbsp corn or wheat starch (optional, you can use same amount flour too)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
pinch of baking soda
For the topping:
1 apple
5-7 dates (I used soft Iranian Dated) (You can use 2 apples instead)
handful of walnuts
For the simple caramel sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
