1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut, divided
1 box any type of chocolate cake mix
1 (8 - ounces) package cream cheese, softened
8 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
whipped cream for serving, Optional

German chocolate upside down cake, if you are looking for the taste of german chocolate, this cake in the 9x13 is it, with coconuts, pecans, and topping. I made this cake today for my friend Debra, I received the recipe from my friend Kathy Moore.

Ingredients
1 box german chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cups of coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
1 box confectioner sugar
1 -8 oz package whipped cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven 350degrees, spray or line with waxed paper a 9x13pan. Mix the cake mix by directions, sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan, pour cake mix over, mix melted butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla, pour over cake batter, cook for one hour, let cool completely before cutting.

32gm cocoa powder
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup warm water
bake at 180 degrees, 30 - 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1/3 cup
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Homemade Butter milk is ready
keep aside
One ripe banana
Smashed well
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/3 cup
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Prepared buttermilk
2 banana
24 cm non stick pan
Sprinkle some sugar
Close the lid hole
Turn on the flame
Place a heavy bottom pan or tawa
Heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the fry pan
Cook it on low flame for 20-30 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
