1 c Butter
softened 1/2 c Sugar 2 ts Vanilla 2 ts Instant coffe powder 1/4 c Cocoa 1 3/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Pecans :
finely chopped Oven 325~. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light. Add next four ingredients. Mix well. Add nuts. Shape in 1" balls on ungreased sheets. Bake at 325~ for about 17 to 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.

Snow ball cookies ... Sharing the easy preparation of snow ball cookies... Perfect cookies for the snowy Christmas season.

Ingredients 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature) 1/3 cup granulated sugar Few drops of vanilla 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida 1 cup finely chopped nuts (Almonds/Cashew nut/ Walnut/ Pecans/ Pistachios) (preferably toasted) 1 cup confectioner’s sugar (if not available use fine sugar powder).
Mix until it comes together (Use a wooden spoon or whisker or can even use your hands). Make equal size balls and bake at 170 degree C for about 10-15 min (depends on the oven & the size of the cookies).
Roll in confectionery sugar while it is hot. After cooling completely roll again in sugar. Store in air tight containers.

Super Simple Butterball Cookies
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons total) softened butter 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
After mixing all the above ingredients, refrigerate dough for 15-30 minutes or until able to easily form dough into marble-sized balls.
You’ll need about 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar (for coating cookies once baked)
Bake in 350° F oven for 10 minutes until firm, but soft. Do not brown the cookies. Roll in confectioners’ sugar while still warm (after 5 minutes cooled on cookie sheet). For more coverage, roll again once cookies have completely cooled.
Yield: 2 dozen cookies
