1 Stick of margarine 1 c Crunchy peanut butter 3 c Powdered sugar 1/4 Block of paraffin 1 pk 6 oz. chocolate chips Mix the margarine and peanut butter with hands. Add powdered sugar and make into balls. Refrigerate if soft. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips. Dip balls with toothpick and place on waxed paper or aluminum foil to dry. Randy Rigg

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious! • Ingredients: 1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml) 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS) • Topping: 100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil • 1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours 4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). There's something special about simple ingredients that turn into a decadent treat. That's exactly what happens with these peanut butter balls made from smooth peanut butter, rice cereal, and chocolate. These are perfect for the holidays!

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter. Stir until combined and smooth. Stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until incorporated. Add in the rice cereal and combine until evenly mixed.
Using a 1 tbsp-size cookie scoop, make the balls. Roll in hands to create smooth, even balls and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all balls are made, set in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Once the chocolate and coconut oil are melted, remove the peanut butter balls from the refrigerator. One at a time, roll the balls in the melted chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off. Set the dipped balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with flaky salt. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
