How To make Mother's Chocolate Diamonds (Christmas)

1/2 c Butter or margarine
3 x Unsweetened choc.

squares
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Flour
1 t Vanilla
2/3 c Pecans :

chopped
Oven 400~. Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 400~ for 15 min. Let cool in pan. Cut into diamonds. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
