How To make Almond Pound Cake
3 c Sugar
2 Sticks butter
1/2 c Shortening
5 Large eggs
1/4 ts Salt
3 c Flour
1 cn Small can evaporated milk
(3/4 cup) + water to make 1 cup
2 ts Almond extract
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and salt, cream well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a very lightly greased 12 cup bundt pan. Put into cold oven; set temperature at 320F. Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.

Almond Pound Cake
1 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Butter - room temperature
3/4 C Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 C Buttermilk
Grease & line loaf pan with parchment paper
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream butter for 2 - 3 minutes. Add sugar and beat another
3 - 4 minutes, mixture should be pale in color and fluffy. Add eggs one at a
time making sure each is well incorporated. Add in almond & vanilla extract.
Fold in half the flour and half the buttermilk alternating until everything is well blended.
Try not to over mix the batter.
Pour into loaf pan and bake @ 350 for 45 - 50 minutes for a 9 x 5 pan. 50 - 60 minutes for an 8 x 4

Let me introduce you a special taste of pound cake that looks like a normal pound cake but is really savory and moist.
When I was young, my mom cut a piece or two to soothe me and gave me almond pound cake with milk.
There was raisins in a long pound pan and it was a very very soft and moist pound cake, and I thought about the taste and made taste.
I didn't have raisins in my house, so I put sugar and corn syrup together to make it moist.
Almond Powder is added to the savory taste and the whipped cream mixed at the end of the dough makes the pound cake more moist and soft.
Like any pound cake, it tastes many times better with milk!
ingredient
170g of butter
90g of sugar
30g of corn syrup
165~170g of eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g of almond powder
130g of flour
4g of baking powder
25g of unsweetened whipped cream

평범한 파운드케이크 같지만 정말 고소하고 촉촉한 특별한 맛의 파운드케이크를 소개해드릴게요.
제가 어릴 적 밥을 안 먹겠다고 떼를 쓸 때마다 엄마가 한두 조각씩 잘라서 우유와 함께 아몬드 파운드케이크를 주셨어요.
그렇게 먹는 파운드 케이크가 너무 맛있었던 기억이 있기 때문인지 저는 구움과자중에서는 파운드케이크가 가장 맛있고 특별하게 느껴지는것같아요^^
기다란 은박 일회용 파운드 팬에 담겨 중간중간 건포도도 들어있고 아주아주 부드럽고 포슬포슬하면서 촉촉한 파운드케이크였는데 그 맛을 떠올리며 만들어 보았어요.
집에 건포도가 없어 빼고 촉촉한 식감을 살리기 위해 설탕과 물엿을 함께 넣었어요.
아몬드파우더가 듬뿍 들어가서 고소한 풍미가 더해지고 반죽 마지막에 섞은 생크림 덕분에 더욱 촉촉하고 부드러운 식감의 파운드케이크가 완성되었어요.
많이 달지 않아서 슈가파우더로 아이싱을 만들어 뿌려주었는데 아이싱 덕분에 겉면에 사각한 식감까지 더해져 정말 정말 맛있는 파운드케이크예요!
여느 파운드 케이크와 마찬가지로 우유와 함께 먹으면 몇 배로 더 맛있어요!
보관방법은 냉장고에 넣지 말고 실온에서 4~5일 안에 다 드세요!(여름에는 2일이상 넘기지 마세요)
재료(가로 30.5cm * 세로 7cm * 높이 6cm 1개분량)
버터 170g
설탕 90g
물엿 30g
계란 165~170g(특란기준 3개)
바닐라 익스트랙 1티스푼
아몬드가루 50g
박력분 130g
베이킹파우더 4g
무가당 생크림 25g
슬라이스아몬드 15g
* 아이싱
슈가파우더 30g
물 8g
레시피
1.실온버터 170g을 가볍게 휘핑하다가 설탕 90g과 물엿 30g을 넣고 휘핑해주세요.
2.계란 165~170g(특란 3개)을 한개씩 넣어주며 휘핑해주세요.
3.바닐라 익스트랙 1티스푼도 함께 넣고 섞어주세요.
4.아몬드가루 50g을 넣고 휘핑기로 섞어 크림화시켜주세요.
5.박력분 130g,베이킹파우더 4g을 채쳐넣고 섞다가 마지막으로 무가당 생크림 25g을 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
6.장파운드팬에 반죽을 넣고 버터로 반죽 중앙에 선을 그어 트임길을 만들어주세요.
7.아몬드 슬라이스를 뿌려 장식 후 170도로 예열된 오븐에서 35분간 구워주세요.
8.슈가파우더 30g,물 8g을 섞어 아이싱을 만든 후 케이크 위에 골고루 뿌려주세요.
9.이대로 밀폐용기에 담아 실온에서 하루 정도 보관했다가 드시면 돼요.

Almond Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Here's the recipe ingredients:
1 1/2 cups softened butter (3 sticks) I used salted butter
8 ounce pack of cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Pure Almond Extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Grease and flour Bundt pan, 12.5 cup size
Bake 1 1/2 hours, place foil over top of pan after one hour.
Glaze:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
4 drops vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 - 3 tablespoons sour cream or you could use regular milk
Drizzle over slightly warm cake
