For 34 years, Otis Lee drew crowds to Mr. Fofo's Deli, his Midtown Detroit restaurant, with sky-high corned beef sandwiches and lemon-glazed poundcake. Mr. Lee, who died in April 2020 from coronavirus complications, passed the poundcake recipe along to his son, Keith Lee, who shares it with The Times in this video.
This moist and flavorful recipe isn't complicated, but it does require a few more steps than your average poundcake. It truly shines when the lemon glaze is poured over the warm, unmolded cake right out of the oven.

버터(butter) 90g (3.2oz)
설탕 (sugar) 90g (3.2oz)
계란 (egg) 90g (3.2oz)
박력분 (cake flour) 90g (3.2oz)
녹차가루(green tea powder) 2티스푼 (2teaspoon)
건크랜베리(dried cranberries) 35g (1.2oz)
세미스윗 초코칩(semi sweet chocolate chips ) 35g (1.2oz)
오븐온도(oven temp.): 섭씨 180~185도 (Fahrenheit 370 to 375)

= Green tea Pound cake =
Ingredients
2 Pound Cake ( Baking Pan W 13cm x H 5.5cm x D 4.5cm )
100g butter, 100g sugar, 100g egg, 120g cake flour, 2g baking powder, 6g green tea powder, 3g vanilla extract ( Can be omitted )
1. Whip butter and sugar.
2. Add egg over multiple times. And mix.
3. Add vanilla extract. Mix. Sieve the powder. And mix.
4. Apply oil the pan.
5. Panning. Flattening.
8. Bake for 25 ~ 30 minutes in the oven at 170℃(338℉).

재료
2 개 분량 ( Baking Pan W 13cm x H 5.5cm x D 4.5cm )
버터 100g, 설탕 100g, 달걀 100g, 박력분 120g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 말차가루 6g, 바닐라 익스트렉 3g ( 생략 가능 )
1. 버터를 휘핑합니다.
2. 설탕을 넣고 휘핑합니다.
3. 달걀을 나누어 넣어 가면서 휘핑해 주세요.
4. 바닐라 익스트렉도 넣어 주세요.
5. 가루류를 체 쳐 넣습니다.
6. 고루 섞어 주세요.
7. 오일을 팬에 바릅니다.
8. 반죽을 팬에 담고 윗면을 정돈합니다.
9. 170도 오븐에 25분 굽습니다.
