BUTTER SOFTENED 165 G
3/4 CUP SUGAR
3 EGGS,ROOM TEMPERATURE
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 1/2 CUP (165G)
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP SALT IF YOU ARE USING UNSALTED BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
2 TBSP MILK
BAKE FOR 40 TO 45 MINUTES OR WHEN THE TOOTHPICK INSERT COMES OUT CLEAN.

EXTRA-LARGE 12 CUP BUNDT OR TUBEPAN REQUIRED
1 CUP SHORTENING
3/4 CUP SALTED BUTTER (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
3 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
9 RAW EGGS
2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. SALT
3 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR(WHITE LILY)
OR CAKE FLOUR
2 TSP. VANILLA FLAVORING
1 TSP. ALMOND EXTRACT & 12 CUP BUNDT PAN!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Usingan electricmixerand mixing bowl, mix shortening and butter 3 minutes. Add sugar and mix until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between each addition. Add baking powder & salt. Add flour1/2 cup at a time. Add flavorings.Mix on medium low
speed for 2 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured fluted Bundt pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees then turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake 30 more minutes.
Important Tip: This makes a lot of batter. Must use a 12 cup Bundt pan or fill your 10 cup Bundt ¾ high and use rest in cupcake pan.
Fruit Topping:
Take 16 oz. bag of frozen peaches or strawberries, add 1 cup of sugar and place in microwave for 8 minutes. Take out and put in shallow dish to cool. Cutfruitinto smaller pieces if desired. Serve over cake with whipped topping.

Just follow these simple steps to Bake Plain Pound Cake without oven.
Ingredients:
Egg: 2
Sugar: 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Oil: 1/3 cup
Milk: 5 tbsp
All Purpose Flour (maida): 1 cup
Baking Powder: 1 tsp
Recipe:
Take eggs in a bowl and add sugar and beat it until the batter becomes creamy. Now add vanilla essence, oil and milk and again mix them well. Now add all purpose flour and baking powder and sift them. Now mix them well and your batter is ready.
Now grease a pan with oil and place butter paper in it. Pour the batter into pan.
Now prea-heat a pan at medium flame for 10 minutes. Put the baking pan into pre-heated pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Voila! your Plain Pound is ready. Enjoy.

[Pound Cake] for a 8” by 4” (or 1.5 QT) loaf pan
• Granulated sugar 8.5 oz | 240 g (1 1/5 US cups)
• Salt 3/4 tsp
• Lemon zest from 2 lemons
• Unsalted butter (softened) 8 oz | 226 g (2 US sticks)
• Eggs 7 oz | 200 g (4 medium eggs)
• All-purpose flour 8.5 oz | 240 g (2 US cups)
• Baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Sour cream 6 oz | 170 g (3/4 US cup)
• Honey 1 oz | 30 g (1.5 Tbsp)
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 oz | 30 g (2 Tbsp)
???? Bake at 325 F | 163 C for about 60 - 75 minutes.
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.
[Lemon Syrup]
• Water 3 oz | 85 g (1/3 US cup)
• Lemon juice 1 oz | 30 g (2 Tbsp)
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g (1/4 US cup)
[Lemon Icing]
• Powdered sugar 5 oz | 142 g (1 1/6 US cups)
• Lemon juice 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp
???? Bake at 325 F | 163 C for 1 minute to let the icing dry and gives it a nice crispiness.

OLD SCHOOL VANILLA POUND CAKE
This is the best and actually most simple and easy pound cake that u can make
It doesn't have any baking powder or baking soda to make it ride
It requires you to whip it long and properly to achieve that perfect height
RECIPE:
4 Cups all purpose or cake flour
3 Cups granulated Sugar
4 Sticks Butter (Room Temperature)
6 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
3/4 C Milk (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp. butter Extract
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter and sugar together with whip attachment until creamy and airy(about 7-8 minutes)
Add egg to mixture one at a time
Add flavors
Add flour and milk alternating (starting with flour ending with flour)
pour in flour/greased tube cake pan
cook for 1 hour 15 minutes at 300 degrees(check cake after 1 hour to make sure its not done already,every oven is different)
