How To make Chris's Pound Cake
1 lb Powdered sugar
3 Margarine
6 Eggs
2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 oz Canned milk
Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add flour, beat well. Add vanilla, lemon juice and milk. Beat until fluffy. Put in an angel good pan. (I use a bundt pan). Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 320 or 310 if you want a light brown top. Cool. Sprinkle

Super moist fruit cake Complete Written Recipe:
This fruit cake is a simpler and easier version of making a traditional fruit cake or old-fashioned fruit cake.
In this Easy fruit cake recipe we don't need any soaking of dry fruits; but still the raisins,candied peels,cranberries and other dried fruits will be juicy and plumpy as they are boiled in liquid and then added into the cake batter.
This video will show you one of the least messy ways that we can make a fruit cake.We don't need any stand mixer/hand mixer to make this cake.A sauce pan and a wooden spoon are the only major tools to make this fruit cake.
In two steps we can make this super moist fruit cake batter.
Step1:
Boil the dry fruits in a sauce pan with butter sugar and water.
Step2:
Add all the rest of ingredients into this saucepan after its cooled.
Step3:
Bake the fruit cake @ 320 F for 75-90 minutes.
The cake is so soft and moist and the aroma of spices makes this fruit cake, more flavorful.
This fruit cake recipe is one of my favorite recipes to make moist fruit cake.

How to Make a Caramel Cake with Caramel Frosting
Pre-Heat oven 325 degrees bake 1 hour and 20 mins
Cake Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups softened butter
3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (if using salted butter, use 1/2 tsp salt)
6 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
Frosting Ingredients:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can of condensed milk
Directions:
Cook butter, sugar and whipping cream over medium heat, stirring.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat add vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
Drizzle or pour over cake.
If frosting gets hard thin then add a little whipping cream.

How to Make: Sock It To Me Bundt Cake
3 1/4 cup swansdown cake flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
x5 eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 sticks salted softened butter
preheat oven on 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
mix together and set aside streusel
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed pecans
3 tbsp cinnamon
For frosting;
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once cake is removed from pan, prepare the brown butter sauce by heating sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, still whisking constantly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and butter.
How to Make: Homemade Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Glaze
Follow step by step tutorial; Bake 325 degree oven for 1hr 10 mins to 1hr 20 mins. Check for doneness.
1 pint fresh strawberry blended until smooth, taken out 3 tablespoons set aside. Then cook over
med heat reduce to 1/2 cup, sit aside cool.
Blend butter on high 2mins, add sugar on high blend for 4 mins, add eggs 1 @ a time.
Put mixer on low add 3 cups of flour, salt and baking soda whiling mixing.
Now add buttermilk, vanilla & strawberry extract. Add 4 to 5 drops of red food color (Optional).
Scrape down bowl as needed.
Glaze;
Add strawberry purée, vanilla extract, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Ingredients needed;
Grease and floured baking pans
1 pt fresh strawberries
3c granulated sugar
5 large eggs
3c all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp strawberry extract
4/5 drops red food color (or more)
Glaze ingredients;
3 tablespoons purée
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar
(To reach desired consistency for thicker add more powdered sugar / for thinner add 1 tsp more lemon juice)
