How To make Ground Beef Casserole
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 t Salt
Few grains pepper 1/4 t Garlic salt
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 c Creamed cottage cheese
1 c Dairy sour cream
6 Green onions, finely chopped
3 c Cooked egg noodles
3/4 c Grated, sharp cheese
1. Place meat in a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic mixing bowl.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 minutes or until meat is browned. Stir occasionally. 2. Drain excess fat. 3. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce to the meat. Stir to combine. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes. 5. In a medium-sized bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and cooked noodles. 6. In a 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture, starting with the noodles. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 8 minutes. 7. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of casserole. Heat, uncovered. in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Hamburger Casserole. 100 year old recipe. This video had to be re-uploaded! In this video I'll be whipping up a simple, one pot dish that is perfect for any weeknight dinner. The variations are virtually endless. It's easy a, affordable and delicious. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on.
Ingredients:
1 lb. of lean ground beef
1 cup of chopped onions
4 cups of diced potatoes
1 cup of milk
Salt & pepper to taste
4 ounces of Provolone cheese (or any cheese that you prefer)
1 teaspoon of corn starch to thicken
**Optional - 1 cup of chopped green bell peppers

Quick and Easy Ground Beef and Rice Casserole Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of rice or quinoa
1 can of corn or 1 Handful of spinach
1 can of black beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp Adobo seasoning
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Simmer for 20 minutes covered then add cheese on top and let melt for 2 minutes.

How to make the BEST Beef and Potato Casserole w/ Cheese
My family loves casseroles, and my beef and potato casserole is one of their all-time favorites. Simple ingredients sometime make the best meals.

Beef & Potatoes Casserole w/Cheese
1 lb. Potatoes (Peeled and Sliced)
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1/2 White or Brown Onion Chopped up
2 T. Butter
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Onion Powder
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. All-Purpose Flour
1 Can (10.5 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Milk (2% or Whole)
2 to 3 C. Grated Cheese (Colby Jack, or Cheddar). Use as much or as little cheese as you prefer (I used 3 C. in the video).
Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees 30-40 minutes or until hot and heated through. Uncover and bake for additional 5 minutes.
