How To make Cauliflower with Ground Beef
1 cup Ground beef (1/2 lb)
1/2 Onion
minced
1/2 medium Cauliflower head :
OR
1 small Cauliflower head
Salt 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
3/4 cup Water
3 tablespoons Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Corn starch -- dissolved in
1/2 cup Water
1. Prepare ingredients. Slice cauliflower into 1/4" thick slices.
2. Place oil in wok and heat to smoking point. Add ground beef and onion
to it. Stir fry meat until it is browned (about 3 minutes). Add cauliflower, salt, soya sauce and 3/4 cup of water. Cover wok and cook ingredients a full 10 minutes. Lift cover up occasionally to stir cauliflower so all of it will cook uniformly.
3. Stir up corn starch solution, add to mixture, stir thoroughly.
NOTE: Pork or chicken may be substituted for ground beef.

1/4 red pepper
1/3 cup of green pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 onions
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup of oil
2 cloves of garlic

Hi friends, today we make a dish that my wife first introduced me to many years ago that is one of the favorite dishes we serve when we have get-togethers with family and friends. She learned it from her mother, and we don't have a proper name for it, other than Cauliflower & Ground Beef with Mushroom Sauce :)

- 2 Small Cauliflower
- 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 Pound White Mushroom
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 2 to 2 1/2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- Cooking Oil
- 50 Grams of Butter
- Chopped cilantro for garnishment
