How To make Spicy Sesame Beef Stir Fry
1/2 lb Tender boneless beef, such
- as sirloin, cut crosswise - into scant 1/4 inch slices 1 1/2 tb Sesame seeds
1 lg Broccoli stalk
1/2 Yellow bellpepper, thinly sl
1/2 c Canned beef broth
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Ginger, peeled, minced
1 lg Garlic clove
1 ts Cornstarch
1/4 ts Dried crushed red pepper
3 tb Vegetable oil
Combine beef strips with 1-1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds in small bowl. Toss to coat well. Cut florets off broccoli stalk. Peel stalk and thinly slice crosswise. Combine broccoli florets and stalk with yellow pepper in medium bowl. Stir broth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and crushed red pepper in small bowl until cornstarch dissolves. Heat 1-1/2 tablespoons oil in wok or heavy large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer beef to plate. Heat remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons oil in wok. Add broccoli and peppers and cover wok. Add beef and accumulated juices from plate. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 1 minute. SHAKING BEEF | BO LUC LAC⤵️
MARINADE
2 lbs beef, cubed. I used ribeye
A lot of minced garlic (like 10 cloves)
3 TBSP oyster sauce
2.5 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
3 TBSP oil of choice- I used vegetable
2.5 TBSP sugar
1 tsp black pepper
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
2 TBSP butter
3 bell peppers, any color
1. Combine all of your ingredients listed under marinade and marinate at least 10 mins at room temp (or over night but in the fridge)
2. Then on a skillet with some heat, cook/ sear your beef. About 1 minute each side (2 mins total). I cooked mine in 2 batches
3. In the same skillet after everything is seared, sauté onions for 2 minutes.
4. Then add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes
5. Then add your beef back in along with 2 TBSP salted butter. Cook until butter is half way melted. Then turn off heat & continue mixing untold butter is all the way melted
6. Serve with rice, fried egg, and salt, pepper lime dip

INGREDIENTS
1 lb beef tenderloin or flank steak, sliced against the grain (450g)
1/4 cup cornstarch (30g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/3 cup water (80ml)
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (60ml)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (55g)
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 green onions, chopped
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Crispy Fried Sesame Beef | Sesame Beef Recipe | Bodian Life
Fried Beef Sesame - Crispy, Spicy and Savory flavors, with Fragrance of the Sesame and Kaffir Lime. That's so delicious, let's go to the kitchen and learn how to sesame beef for tonight dinner.
▶ Ingredients :
● 200 g, Beef
● Kaffir Lime Leaves
● Dried Red Chilli Peppers
● Cooking Oil, for frying
● 1/4 tsp, Salt
● 1/4 tsp, Black Pepper Powder
● 1 tsp, Sesame Oil
● 2 tsp, Sesame Seeds
▶ Method :
1. Cut the beef into thinly slices and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Mix it well.
2. Heat up the cooking oil in a pan, insert a chopstick in the hot oil, it will have small bubbles. It is ready and hot enough for deep frying.
3. Add the beef and fry until crispy and brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Add the kaffir lime leaves and dried red chilli peppers, continue to fry until fragrant and crispy, about 1 minutes.
