INGREDIENTS FOR CHILLI PORK
Pork – 650 grams cut into bite-size pieces
Salt to taste
For the Marinade
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp (optional)
Ginger – 1-inch chopped
Salt – 1/2 tsp
For the Stir Fry
Oil – 2 tbsps
Garlic – 7 to 8 flakes chopped
Onion – 1 medium
Capsicum – 2 medium
Green chillies – 3 to 4 juliennes
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Spring Onions – 3 to 4 sprigs

1.5 tablespoons of chilli powder
1.5 pieces of yellow onion
4 -5 cloves of chopped garlic

1.5 tablespoon of light soya sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
