How To make Praline Pound Cake
1 cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
4 ounces Sour cream
4 ounces Cream cheese
softened
1 cup Praline liqueur
1 cup Pecans :
chopped
GLAZE:
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Praline liqueur
1/8 cup Water
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat 3 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and liqueur. Alternately add dry ingredients with cheese mixture, beating well. Stir in nuts. Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour batter in. Bake at 350~ for 60-70 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan on rack, then turn out pan onto large plate and glaze. GLAZE: Combine all in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir for 5 minutes. Pour over cake. Repour some that drips until it starts to thicken..

While we don’t like to let fear run our lives, we figured it couldn’t hurt to transform said favorite candy into a delicious, crowd-feeding dessert that would blow everyone away. Thus, the praline bundt cake was born. With all the mouth-watering flavors from the classic brittle, our cake has a brown sugar swirl running through its center and a decadent glaze that takes everything to the next level. YELLOW CAKE MIX OR ANY CAKE MIX YOU LOVE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
1 JAR COCONUT PECAN ICING
INGREDIENTS THE BOX CALLS FOR
CINNAMON
PECAN PRALINE ICING
1-1/2 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1-1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
2 TBLS VANILLA
1/2 CUP PECANS CHOPPED
4 TBLS BUTTER

New Orleans Pecan Praline Pound Cake Recipe
Pound Cake:
Sift together
3 cups of cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cream together
2 sticks of butter
1/3 cup of oil
2 1/2 cup of sugar
After creamed until fluffy add in 4 eggs one at a time
Whisk together
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp butter extract
1 tsp almond extract
Alternate wet ingredients and flour mixing into creamed butter until all well combined
Spray Bundt pan with nonstick spray before adding cake batter. Bake on 325 for one hour
Allow to cool completely before flipping out of pan
Praline Cake topping
In a saucepan combine
1 can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Half a stick of butter
Stir continuously on medium for ten minutes
Add 2 cups of finely chopped pecans
Continue to stir until thicken
Carefully pour pecan praline glaze on top of your pound cake
