How To make Pineapple Chocolate Cake
2 1/3 c Cake flour; sifted
2 1/4 ts Baking Powder
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Soda
2/3 c Butter or shortening
1 1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg; unbeaten
2 Egg yolks; unbeaten
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate;melted
3/4 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Boiling water
Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder salt and soda, and sift together three times. Cream butter thoroughly, add sugar gradually, and cream together until light and fluffy. Add egg and egg yolks, one at a time beating well after each. Add chocolate and blend. Add flour alternately with milk, a small amount at a time, beating after each addition until smooth. Add vanilla, then add boiling water, beating quickly and thoroughly Bake in two greased deep 9-inch layer pans in moderate oven (350 degrees F) 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
Spread Pineapple Fluff Frosting (see recipe) between layers and on top and sides of cake. Double recipe for three 10-inch layers. This cake may be baked as follows: bake about 2/3 of batter in greased pan, 8x8x2 inches, in slow oven ( 325 degrees F. ) 45 minutes, or until done;
remaining 1/3 of batter may be baked in 15 greased medium cup-cake pans in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 25 minutes, or until done. Kate Smith Collection 1940 Published by General Foods Corp (Courtesy of Barb Day)

සීනි මේසහැදි 4
වතුර කප් 1/2
ලොකු අන්නාසි ගෙඩි 1ක්
චොකලට් අයිසින් -
අයිසින් සීනි 700g
ලුණු රහිත බටර් (කාමර උෂ්නත්වයේ ඇති) 350g
කොකෝ පවුඩර් 60g
ලුණු තේහැදි 3/4 (බටර්වල ලුණු තිබේනම් මෙයින් භාගයක් භාවිතා කරන්න)
කෝපි තේහැදි 3
වැනිලා තේහැදි 2
කිරි තේහැදි 3
Ingredients ( we are using 2, 9inches round sponge cakes for this gateau):
Pineapple Stew -
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 big pineapple
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting -
700g Icing Sugar (confectioner's sugar)
350g unsalted butter (room temperature)
60g cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon salt (use half of this if your using salted butter)
3 teaspoons of coffee
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3 teaspoons of milk

White Chocolate Pineapple Cake - Anniversary Pineapple Cake at Home
This White Chocolate Pineapple Cake is a flavorful delicate cake, very light and refreshing, perfect for any anniversary or for simply celebrating spring and upcoming Easter. It is moist and fluffy, and simply melts in your mouth, with a subtle pineapple flavor. The cake is is a three layer pineapple cake, composed from an almond crispy biscuit at the bottom, followed by three layers of vanilla sponge cake soaked in pineapple juice, filled with an amazing white chocolate and cream cheese frosting and pineapple jelly. I must say I simply fell in love with this cake. It is absolutely delightful and a crowd pleaser, so I highly recommend trying this pineapple cake at home.

Ingredients
Makes about 10-12 servings
Almond Biscuit
1/4 cup (55g) butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup (50g) ground almonds
1 tbsp (15g) sugar
1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp (1g) salt
1 tbsp (15ml) ice cold water
Vanilla Sponge Cake
4 eggs, separated
⅔ cup (140g) sugar, divided
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3 fl oz (90ml) vegetable oil
3 fl oz (90ml) sparkling water
1 ⅔ cup (200g) flour
2 tsp (8g) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1g) salt
For soaking the layers
¾ cup (180ml) pineapple juice
Pineapple Jelly
9 oz (240g) canned pineapple pulp
¼ cup (60ml) canned pineapple juice
1 tbsp (10g) gelatin powder
¼ cup (60 ml) pineapple juice, for dissolving gelatin
Yellow food coloring, optional
White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
6 oz (180g) white chocolate, small pieces
¼ cup (60g) whipping cream
13 oz (360g) cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
2 cups (480g) whipping cream (35% fat), chilled

For making this delicious????cake first of all we make chocolate and pineapple sponge.
then cut the sponge(the method of cutting the sponge can see in this video☺)
After that we soft all the pieces of pineapple sponge with the mixture of sugar and pineapple syrup and also soft the chocolate sponge only with sugar syrup(not add pineapple syrup in sugar syrup)
Now whip the whipping cream and apply on the first layer of cake after that add pineapple slice on pineapple cake side and cover the cake with second layer.
Now we apply cream on cake( the method of applying cream on cake can see in this video)
After that decorate the both sides of cake and enjoy

Easy Chocolate Cake
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 cups
-Cocoa powder ¾ cup
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Caster sugar 1 cup
-Brown sugar ½ cup
-Yogurt ¾ cup (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Vegetable Oil ½ cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Sugar 2 & ½ tbs
-Hot water 3 tbs
-Cream 200ml
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Milk chocolate 300g
-Instant coffee ½ tbs
-Warm water 1 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder,salt,instant coffee and whisk well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,brown sugar and beat well.
-Add yogurt,vanilla essence,vegetable oil,milk and beat for 1 minute.
-Gradually add dry ingredients and beat well after each addition.
-Grease 10” round baking pan with cooking oil and place butter paper.
-Now pour batter in prepared baking pan and bake in preheated at 170 C for 45-50 minutes.
-Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pan.
-Transfer the cake to the wire rack and let it cool.
-In bowl,add sugar,hot water and mix until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
Chocolate Ganache:
-In double boiler,add cream,butter,milk chocolate and let it melt.
-In warm water,add instant coffee and mix well.
-Now add dissolve coffee and whisk well.
Assembling:
-With the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut top layer of the cake.
-Pour prepared chocolate ganache all over the cake and let it set for 30 minutes.
-Decorate and cut into desire slices and serve!

-Alag bowl mein anday,bareek cheeni aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Dahi,vanilla essence,vegetable oil aur doodh dal ker ek minute kliya beat ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka dry ingredients shamil karein aur beat kertay rahein.
-10” round baking pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur butter paper laga lein.
-Ab tayyar batter ko baking pan mein pour karein aur preheated oven mein 170 C per 45-50 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein aur cake ki sides per knife dal ker ghooma lein ta ka pan ki sides lose ho jayein.
-Cake ko wire rack per rakh dein aur thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein cheeni aur hot water dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chocolate Ganache:
-Double boiler mein cream,makhan aur milk chocolate dal dein aur melt ker lein.
-Warm water mein instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dissolve coffee dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Assembling:
-Cake knife ki madad sa cake ko do horizontally layers mein cut ker lein.
-Cake ka upper tayyar chocolate ganache pour karein aur 30 minutes kliya set hunay kliya chor dein.
-Decorate ker ker slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
