8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 1/2 cups picante sauce 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/4 cup packed brown sugar Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness; set aside. Combine picante sauce, mustard and sugar; mix well. Place chicken over Medium-Hot heat; brush generously with sauce. Grill about 6-8 minutes per side or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing occasionally with remaning sauce. 6 Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar 2 cups Picante Sauce 2 tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard 1 Bell Pepper (Any Color, Sliced) (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Add chicken and bell pepper to 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sugar, sauce, and mustard and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour.

Dijon Marinated Chicken
Dijon marinated chicken breasts. For the marinade, combine the following: ½ cup Dijon mustard 3 tbsp minced garlic ¼ cup olive oil 2 tsp pepper 2 tsp salt Zest from 1 lime Juice from 2 limes Marinade the chicken for a few hours and then grill over high direct heat first, and finish over indirect heat. I basted it with some of the leftover marinade as well. And these turned out great! The Best Grilled Chicken Marinade
Ingredients: chicken (breast, thighs, etc.) 2/3 cup Italian dressing 1/2 cup ? balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/8 cup lemon juice (optional) 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons rosemary 2 tablespoons dijon or spicy brown mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon basil (optional) 1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
Directions: Combine ingredients and whisk together in a bowl. Place chicken in a ziploc bag and cover with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove from the marinade and grill for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and let it rest before serving. Enjoy!!!
