28 oz Can Whole Tomatoes 1 Medium onion, chopped fine 4 Jalapeno peppers, chopd fine 2 tb Apple cider vinegar 1 ts Garlic powder 1/2 ts Salt Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Chop tomatoes while cooking. Number of peppers may be varied to increase flavorful "heat". Serve chilled with Doritos or similar tortilla chips. Homemade Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe (How to Make Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce)
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil 6 bhut jolokia peppers ghost peppers, chopped 1 small onion diced 2 medium tomatoes chopped (I used Black Krims from the garden) 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup water
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add peppers and onions. Stir. Add tomatoes and stir. Cook about 10 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and water. Simmer 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Transfer contents to a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a container. Seal and refrigerate until ready to use.

Years ago I used to have a restaurant down in the Tex-Mex and taqueria territory of San Juan, Texas.
In an effort to serve consistent, delicious salsa roja to the customers I needed to make large batches at a time. This is the exact recipe I came up with that kept everyone coming back for more.

5 roma tomatoes 5 serrano peppers A handful cilantro ¼-⅓ Onion 1 Can crushed tomatoes 3 Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Homemade picante sauce (longer version on my channel)
Picante Sauce
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes 2 ½ cups water 1/3 cup white vinegar 1 small onion, minced 2-4 jalapenos, minced (with seeds) 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp salt, plus more (to taste) Juice of ½ lime Cilantro, finely chopped
Put tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, vinegar and water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked down to the desired consistency. Let cool, season to taste with salt, lime juice and garlic. Add cilantro.

Shop at Cabela's. This is an excellent salsa that is easy to prepare and quite enjoyable. Give it a try with your next mexican meal or grab a bag of tortilla chips and sit back and enjoy. Get a KitchenAid Food Processor Red Sauce 1 28oz can Diced tomatoes, drained 1/2 Large onion, diced (about 1 1/4 cup) 1-2 Jalapenos, minced 2cloves Garlic, minced 1/2-1 Bunch of cilantro 1/2 Lemon, juiced 1/2tsp Sugar 1tsp Salt Place ingredients in food processor and blend well.
