ASMR | Pinoy Hamburger | Tropical Hut
A hamburger is a food consisting of fillings usually a patty of ground meat, typically beef placed inside a sliced bun or bread roll.
Tropical Hut, one of the oldest fast food chains in the Philippines, reached the trending topics on Twitter Philippines, this recipe is inspired by their classic hamburger.
Ingredients :
Milk Roux (Tangzhong)
10g Bread Flour
50ml Milk
Burger Bun
150g Bread Flour
15g Sugar
4g Instant Yeast
50ml Milk
1 Egg
50g Butter
Egg, Melted Butter,
Sesame Seeds
400g Ground Beef
Onion, Tomato, Cucumber
Mayonnaise, Ketchup
Potato
Salt & Pepper.
Procedure:
Milk Roux (Tangzhong), Burger Bun
1. In a pan Heat 50ml Milk and 10g Bread Flour, until a roux or paste is formed, set aside.
2. Off heat, clean the pan with 50ml milk, set aside
3. In a bowl, mix 150g Bread Flour, 15g Sugar, 4g Instant Yeast, 3g Salt and Milk Roux,
4. Mix in medium speed, slowly incorporate 50ml milk, 1 Egg and 50g softened butter. Mix until Smooth.
5. Slightly knead the dough, shape in to a ball, ferment for 2 to 3 hours in room temperature.
6. Punch the dough, divide into equal portions and shape into Buns.
7. Rest for 10 mins.
8. Brush with egg sprinkle with sesame seeds, then bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Brush with melted butter then cool down completely.
Crispy Thin Fries
1. Slice Potatoes into desired shape
2. Boil until soft, set aside then keep in the freezer until ready to fry
3. Deep Fry in hot oil (365F), Season with Salt and Pepper
Hamburger
1. Shape ground beef in to balls set aside in the freezer
2. Prepare Vegetables
3. Mix Onion, Mayonnaise and Ketchup
4. Toast Bread, spread with Butter
5. Flatten the Beef Patties to fit Burger Bun, sear each side. Turn off the heat and add cheese.
6. Assemble Hamburger, enjoy!

Hey family! In today's video I give y'all a freezer saga update, we meal plan for the week, and its Meatloaf Night! ????????????

For the cornbread I just make the southern cornbread recipe on the back of the Martha White Cornmeal bag, minus the sugar! ????????????
Instant Pot Dry Beans:
Ingredients:
2 pounds dry beans
8 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
any other seasoning you prefer
Put beans, water, and seasonings into the instant pot. Seal and set to high pressure for 50-60 minutes. When the time is up allow a 30 minute slow release.
Mashed potatoes:
8-10 russet potatoes
salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons mayo
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 cup milk
Wash, peel, and cut up potatoes. Boil until tender. Transfer to a large bowl and add in all other ingredients. Mash and stir until everything is combined.
