8 cups Old-fashioned oats
5 cups Tomato juice
3 large Onions -- chopped
1/3 cup Salt
2 tablespoons Pepper
Sauce: 3 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Ketchup
6 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
"A friend of mine gave me this recipe, which was a favorite at 4-H camp." - Joanne Shew Combine beef, eggs, oats, tomato juice, onions, salt and pepper. Form into 16 loaves. Place in 9x5x3" loaf pans. Combine sauce ingredients; pour 3 Tbsp. over each loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until no pink remains, basting once with remaining sauce.

Delicious Meatloaf recipe.
Minced pork - 600g
Egg - 1
Bell pepper - 1/2
Onion - 1/2
Quick oats - 100g
Can chopped tomatoes - 1 (400g)
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
For the sauce on top:
Brown sugar - 20g
Ketchup - 120g
Mustard - 25g
Bake in the oven at 190 C for 1 hour
