INGREDIENTS
1-2 lbs meat of choice .. you can use ground chicken. beef. or turkey
* used 3 lbs which can serve 6-7 people .. keep in mind meatloaf is great for leftovers such as sandwiches etc.. this also freeze well, just wrap in seran wrap and freeze*
3 slices bread
1 cup milk
eggs * 1 egg per lb of meat used *
desire amount chopped bell pepper and onion ( I used about 1/2 each*)
3 tbs wortchesire sauce
3 tbs onion and garlic powder
1 tbs salt
2 tbs beef bouillon ( or 2 packs onion soup mix )
1/2 cup bbq sauce ( or desire amount )
To make the glaze *This is to taste so please adjust to your liking *
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup bbq sauce
3 tbs wortceshire sauce

[INDONESIAN]
Ham Cheese Bread
Loyang 20x10x10 cm
Bahan A:
250 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
5 gr susu bubuk
40 gr gula pasir
5 gr ragi
1 butir telur
60 gr air
70 gr susu cair
Bahan B:
40 gr butter
5 gr garam
Isian dan topping:
Keju cheddar 35 gr
Ham sesuai selera
Keju mozarella sesuai selera
Parsley secukupnya
Caranya:
1. Campurkan bahan A di mixer bowl dan dimixer dalam kecepatan sedang sampai setengah kalis.
2. Masukkan bahan B lalu mixer sampai kalis kira kira 20 menit.
3. Setelah kalis bagi adonan menjadi 2, bulatkan adonan lalu proofing hingga mengembang 2x lipat
4. Setelah mengembang kempiskan adonan lalu bulatkan adonan lalu diamkan 15 menit, tutup dengan kain.
5. Gilas masing² adonan sampai selebar loyang
6. Taburi adonan dengan keju cheddar dan ham, tumpuk dengan adonan lagi lalu gilas
7. Iris-iris dan swirl masing-masing irisan. Gulung dan masukkan kedalam loyang roti tawar. Proofing sekitar 1 jam
8. Panaskan oven 180°C api atas bawah. selama 10-15 menit
9. Olesi adonan dengan susu evaporasi.
10. Taburi dengan keju mozarella, ham dan parsley
11. Panggang disuhu 180°C api atas bawah selama 30 menit
10. Keluarkan dari oven, oles dengan butter.
11. Diamkan sampai dingin
12. Siap di sajikan

Ham Cheese Bread
Pan 20x10x10 cm
Material A:
250 grams of high protein flour
5 grams of powdered milk
40 grams of sugar
5 grams of yeast
1 egg
60 grams of water
70 grams of liquid milk
Material B:
40 gr butter
5 grams of salt
Fillings and toppings:
Cheddar cheese 35 gr
Ham to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Parsley to taste
How:
1. Combine ingredient A in the bowl mixer and mix it on medium speed until half smooth.
2. Enter the ingredients B then mixer until smooth, about 20 minutes.
3. After dividing the dough into 2 smooth, round the dough and then proofing it until it expands 2x
4. After inflating the dough, then round the dough and let stand 15 minutes, cover with a cloth.
5. Roll out the mixture until it is as wide as a pan
6. Sprinkle the dough with cheddar cheese and ham, stack with the dough again and then roll
7. Slice and swirl each slice. Roll up and put in a white bread pan. Proofing about 1 hour
8. Preheat oven 180 ° C over lower heat. for 10-15 minutes
9. Brush the dough with evaporated milk.
10. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, ham and parsley
11. Bake at 180 ° C over low heat for 30 minutes
10. Remove from oven, spread with butter.

MINI MEATLOAF RECIPE | Small Batch Meat Loaf Recipe
This mini meatloaf is topped with a delicious ketchup glaze and is full of amazing flavor. The perfect size for two people and a quick and easy dinner solution.

Meatloaf:
1 lb. hamburger 90/10 blend
1/2 Tbsp minced onion dried
2 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg or 1 Tbsp mayo
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Ketchup Glaze:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions:
In a bowl, combine meat, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg or 1 Tbsp of mayo and mix to combine.
Add in breadcrumbs along with other seasonings including steak sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Form meatloaf into two small loaves and place in baking dish.
Bake meatloaf at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking combine ketchup, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
Then increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F, remove the meatloaf form the oven and spoon the glaze mixture over the tops and sides of the meatloaf. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow glaze to set up. The meatloaf should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

flour - 450 g (15.9 oz)
