How To make Layered Spaghetti Casserole
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
30 oz Spaghetti Sauce
1 Jar
8 oz Spaghetti :
Cooked And
-Drained 2 lg Eggs: Beaten
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
15 oz Part-Skim Milk Ricotta
-Cheese 1 Container 1/2 c Fresh Parsley :
Chopped
1 c Mozzarella Cheese
-Shredded, 4 Ounces
Heat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Cook the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown the drain off the excess fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and remove from the heat. Mix the spaghetti, eggs, parmesan cheese, blending well, and spread in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Mix the ricotta cheese and parsley, blending well, then spread evenly over the spaghetti mixture. Pour the sauce mixture over the ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the cheese is melted. Serve hot. This is a very easy and simple dish that u can make and feed lots of people
You can also make it a day ahead of time and bake later on
Very simple recipe
Recipe for meat sauce and pasta
1# spaghetti
1# ground beef
12 oz tomato paste
14 oz tomato sauce
14 oz tomato diced
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
Salt and pepper
Saute peppers ,onions and garlic until tender
Add ground beef and and cook an additional 5 -10 minutes until brown
Add tomato products and simmer for 10-15 minutes
FOR CHEESE MIXTURE:
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sous cream/cottage(optional)
in baking dish cover with meat sauce
then add spaghetti
then cheddar cheese /mozzarella cheese
repeat process ending with meat sauce on top
bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 350 degrees
remove from oven and cover with remaining cheese
Place back in oven and cook for 5 additional minutes or until melted

Ultimate Baked Spaghetti Recipe
How to make the Ultimate Bake Spaghetti. What's better than an American spaghetti recipe than a Baked Spaghetti recipe. I love spaghetti and this recipe does the trick in satisfying that craving. Cheesy BAKED SPAGHETTI Recipe #cooking
Here is a super easy and delicious way to eat spaghetti. The simple cheese sauce makes the pasta creamy and cheesy.
CHEESY GARLIC BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 to 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef (I used 90/10 fat to lean meat ratio)
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
24 oz of your favorite spaghetti sauce
(I used Racconto Riserva Marinara sauce)
1 lb spaghetti noodles
8 oz whole milk
8 oz heavy cream
12 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
6 oz parmesan cheese grated
*Use a buttered or greased 9 x 13 baking dish
*BAKE uncovered in a preheated oven @ 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbling
*You can also just broil on high for 2 to 3 minutes

1 onion

1 lb mild italian sausage
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry red wine
italian seasoning
red pepper flakes
salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder
2 pinches of sugar
fresh basil
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 package spaghetti
2 tbsps butter
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity
basil
Shredded cheddar cheese (enough to top the pasta before it goes into the oven - 1-2 cups)
Cheese Layer:
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
16 oz Mozzarella cheese (save some for the top)
1/2 cup sour cream
5.2 oz boursin garlic and herb cheese
fresh chopped parsley
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
sugar as needed to balance acidity
Directions:
Start by making your pasta sauce. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven or sauce pot and add onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Once the veggies are tender (after about 3-4 minutes) - add in your ground beef and italian sausage. Cook the meat until fully cooked and begin to season with all purpose seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder) red pepper flakes, and italian seasoning. Next, add in garlic paste and tomato paste and mix to combine. Cook 1-2 minutes and then deglaze with red wine or chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then add in your tomato sauce and chopped or crushed tomatoes. Allow the sauce to come up to a simmer and cover with a lid (on low heat) and simmer for at least 30-45 minutes and up to 1-2 hours - stirring occasionally. Add fresh Basil leaves for added flavor. Add sugar as needed to balance the acidity (should only need a pinch or two)
In a separate mixing bowl, add your cheese layer ingredients and mix to combine. Season to taste and refrigerate until needed. Boil pasta to package instructions.
In a casserole dish, add a thin layer of meat sauce to the bottom and then add sauce to your spaghetti noodles to coat. Add a layer of sauced spaghetti and then your cheese layer - top with shredded cheese. Add another layer of spaghetti and top with a thin layer of meat sauce and shredded cheese. Bake on 375 for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
