How To make Layered Rice Casserole
5 c Brown rice; cooked
1 c White beans; cooked
2 c Corn kernels, frozen
2 c Tomatoes, canned; broken up
1 Onion; chopped
2 Garlic cloves; crushed
1 tb Tamari, low sodium
1 ts Thyme
6 oz Tomato paste
1/3 c Vegetable broth
Paprika Saute the onion and garlic in 1/4 cup broth. Combine with the beans, corn, tomatoes, tamari, and thyme. Combine the tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. In a casserole dish, layer 2 1/2 cups rice on the bottom, then the bean vegetable mixture, then the
tomato paste mixture. Cover with the remaining 2 1/2 cups of rice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes. From the files of DEEANNE

An easy and delicious cheese vegetable casserole that everyone will love!
1 cauliflower
1 pepper
3 carrots
1 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cream mixture:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Italian parsley (optional)
Bake the vegetables mixed with the cream mixture for 15 more minutes or until golden on top.

- 1/3 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Baked Layered Cheesy Rice Recipe by Swad Cooking | बेक्ड राइस | Tomato, Spinach & Cheesy Rice Layers
Level- 1 (Green Rice)
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Blanched Spinach Purée
1 Bay Leaf
2-3 Black Peppercorn
1 Cup Boiled Rice ( Basmati)
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Garlic n Ginger Paste
Salt n Pepper to Taste
Method:
1. In a hot pan pour Oil and add whole spices to crackle.
2. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute well, add all Powdered spices and spinach pure.
3. Mix and cook well until purè reduced to half.
4. Now add Rice, salt and pepper. Mix well and lightly.
Level- 2 (Garlic Oregano Rice)
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Cup Boiled Rice
Method:
1. In a hot pan, add oil and butter with chopped garlic and sauté.
2. On a low flame add dried Oregano and stir, add boiled Rice, salt and pepper.
Mix well and lightly.
Level-3 ( Red Rice)
1/2 Cup Blanched Tomato Purè
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
⅓ Cup Chopped Capsicum
1 Cup Boiled Rice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Method:
1. In a hot pan add olive oil, add ginger garlic paste.
2. Now add all other spices and sautè well, now add tomato purè and cook till reduced to half, add chopped Capsicum for crunch.
3. Now add Boiled Rice, salt n pepper, mix well and lightly.
For presentation :
Take a baking tray,
Spread green rice at bottom followed by garlic rice and red rice on top.
Garnish with diced mozzarella cheese, olives and small basil leaves.
Bake for 4-5 min on 250°c in OTG.

INGREDIENTS WITH GRAM AMOUNTS
For the sauce
2 tablespoons ( 28g) olive oil
1 medium onion - diced
5 cloves garlic - sliced
2 or 3 small anchovy fillets - optional
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes - optional
2 pounds (908g) ground chuck
3 ounces tomato paste
2 28-ounce cans plum tomatoes - hand crushed or blender pulsed
salt and pepper - to taste
For the riso al forno
2 1/2 cups (500g) Arborio rice
2 cups frozen peas - thawed (or microwaved for 2 minutes)
2 cups (230g) scamorza - shredded
1/4 packed cup basil leaves - chopped
3/4 cup (70g) Pecorino Romano - grated
