INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins. (Time may vary depending on your cake pan and/or oven.)
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Cups Sugar
3 Sticks Butter (Room Temperature)
5 Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 C Eggnog (Your Preferred Brand) (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp.(or more) Creme Bouquet
*** GLAZE
Powdered Sugar
Cream Cheese
Eggnog
Vanilla Extract
Creme Bouquet
Nutmeg

EGGNOG POUND CAKE
Eggnog (Rum) Pound Cake. Not too sweet. Subtle hint of Barcardi Rum in the cake, syrup and glaze.
Recipe:
Preheat 325 *F. 165 C. Bake 60 - 70 minutes.
3 cups all purpose flour ( I used 3 and 1/4 cups cake flour)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup butter (2 sticks) room temp
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract ( I used 3)
2 teaspoons rum or rum extract
6 large eggs
1 cup eggnog
Syrup (optional):
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 to 2 teaspoons butter
Rum Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon rum
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream (optional)

It turned out a little strange in color, but oh my goodness, this cake was absolutely delicious! Perfect for the holiday's and for New Year! EGGNOG POUNDCAKE
EGGNOG POUNDCAKE RECIPE
3 sticks butter, room temp
3 cups granulated sugar
5 large eggs, room temp
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix (optional)
1 cup eggnog
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
In stand mixture or using a hand mixer, cream butter on med speed and gradually add sugar.
Cream for 5 minutes on medium high, scraping down bowl halfway through.
Add eggs one at a time mixing thoroughly after each egg. Scrape down bowl after eggs have been added.
Add vanilla
In separate bowl, whisk together salt, baking powder and vanilla pudding mix with flour.
On low speed, add flour and eggnog to butter/sugar mixture, alternating flour with eggnog ( 1/3 flour, 1/2 eggnog, 1/3 flour, remaining eggnog, remaining flour). Scrape down bowl. Once all ingredients are incorporated, mix on high for ten seconds.
Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan or 10” angel food cake pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees then reduce the heat to 325 and continue to bake cake for 1 hour.
Cool completely in pan. Remove and serve!!

This Eggnog Bundt Cake is fluffy and tastes just like everyone’s favorite holiday drink! Made with a cake mix, this cake can come together quickly for any Christmas gathering or dessert with your family.

Ingredients
1 Cake Mix, Yellow or Vanilla
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1 1/2 Cups Eggnog
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Rum Extract or Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Sugar (for dusting the pan)
Instructions
How to Make Eggnog Bundt Cake
Add the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, Eggnog, nutmeg, and rum extract to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Use the whisk attachment to mix the ingredients for 2-3 minutes until the batter is light and fluffy.
Prepare the bundt pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray, then sprinkle with sugar, completely coating the pan.
Pour the eggnog cake batter into the bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan on a cooling rack for about 20 minutes.
Place a cooling rack over the pan and invert to remove the cake from the pan.
Allow the cake to completely cool, then serve.
