How To make Streusel Pound Cake
16 oz Cake mix/pound cake
***streusel*** 1/2 c Brown sugar
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Finely chopped nuts
2 ts Cinnamon
If you are using a 3-quart crockpot, it is recommended that a 2 lb. coffee can be used. It is suggested for a larger crockpot, 5-quart, a 9-cup Bundt pan or a 3 lb. coffee can. Mix pond cake according to package instructions.. Pour half of batter into well-greased and flour coffee, whichever size you are using. Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle half over the cake batter. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel. Place can or pan in crockpot. Cover top of can with 8 paper towels. Cover and bake on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. If using the Bundt pan , bake for 2 to 3 hours. From Rival Crockpot manual. -----

????Pumpkin Pound Cake Recipe:
CAKE:
-1 1/2 cups, room temp salted Butter
-1 Cup granulated Sugar
-2 cups packed brown sugar
-5 Eggs, room temperature
3 cups (390g) all purpose flour
-1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-2 tsp Cinnamon
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 1/4 cups Pumpkin Puree
-2 tsp vanilla extract
MAPLE CINNAMON GLAZE:
-1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-1/8 tsp Salt
-4 Tbsp Melted Butter
-1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
-1 tsp Maple Extract (or you can use vanilla extract)
-1 tsp or so of milk if needed
***To a stand mixer, add room temperature butter and both sugars. Mix and cream together until light and fluffy. This will take about 5 minutes. Next add salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree. Mix until well combined. Scrape the bowl down to make sure everything gets mixed in well. Then, with mixer running, add eggs in, one at a time. Making sure to mix well after each addition. Scrape down bowl. Lastly, with the mixer on LOW speed, slowly add in all purpose flour, and mix until just combined. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-85 minutes.
Allow cake to cool before adding glaze. To make the glaze, whisk ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add milk if you'd like a thinner consistency. Pour on top of cake. Then ENJOY!

3 Cups Cake Flour or follow video directions to make your own.....
2 Cups Sugar
1.5 tsp baking Powder
5 Eggs
3 Sticks Butter
1 cup Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1 tbl spoon of Vanilla extract
*********For the Apple Pie Filling*********
5 Apples, Peeled Cored and cut into pieces
2 tbl spoon unsalted butter
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of spices of choice. ( I used Cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg)
2 thicken filling use 2 tbl spoon of water and corn starch and add to mixture.

Skip the berries, add the cream to the side and you have a delightful Fall-themed pound cake.
