Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of butter 1 8oz package skinless sausage links 2 cups apples (chopped and peeled) ½ of an onion (chopped) ½ cup brown sugar
2 cups pancake mix 1 ½ cups water 1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
½-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions: Sauté sausage in melted butter and mash with a potato masher till browned Add onion and sauté till clear Add apples and cook 2-3 minutes Add brown sugar till blended
