Matthew is making breakfast for his boys. Today, he makes a German Apple pancake. This is like a Dutch Baby. It is so delicious. Easy to make and sure to please.
Recipe
Heat oven to 400F
Melt 4 TBS butter in baking dish
Slice 2 apples thin
Mix 4 egg
3/4 cups milk
3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salts
Mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Place apples on hot melted butter. Add egg, milk, flour, and salt mixture over apples. Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over top of batter. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
German apple pancakes: the final result is puffy and airy
Easy and fun to make! INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
METHOD In a blender, add 3 eggs, milk, vanilla and beat until combined.
Add salt and flour, beat again.
In an ovensafe pan, over medium heat, melt butter and pour the batter into the pan, fry for 2-3 minutes and bake it in the over .Bake at 425F/220C for 20-25 min.
Decorate with maple syrup, strawberries and powdered sugar.

3 tablespoons butter
2 apples, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F

In a skillet on the stove melt 2
tablespoons of the butter over
medium heat. Add the apple slices and
cook, about 10 minutes. then add 2
tablespoons of the brown sugar
In a bowl mix together the eggs,
sugar, milk, and flour. Pour this batter
over the apples ,then place the skillet in oven,
and bake until puffy, about 10 minutes

remaining 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Cut the butter
into pieces. When the pancake puffs,
remove from the oven, dot with butter,
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and
return to the oven to bake until
brown about 10 minutes more.

1 tsp. salad oil
1 apple, pared and sliced
1/2 c. pancake mix
