1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 Large green apples; peeled,
-cored, and thinly sliced 4 Eggs
1 c Flour
1 c Milk
2 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla
Powdered sugar Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Add the apples. Cook, stirring, until apples are translucent, about 5 minutes. Place the pan in the oven while you prepare the batter. Beat the eggs. Add the flour and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour the batter evenly over the apples in the pan. Bake, uncovered, until pancake is puffy and golden, about 15 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over the pancake. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately. Matthew is making breakfast for his boys. Today, he makes a German Apple pancake. This is like a Dutch Baby. It is so delicious. Easy to make and sure to please.
Recipe
Heat oven to 400F
Melt 4 TBS butter in baking dish
Slice 2 apples thin
Mix 4 egg
3/4 cups milk
3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salts
Mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Place apples on hot melted butter. Add egg, milk, flour, and salt mixture over apples. Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over top of batter. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

Apple Dutch Baby recipe that's made to impress and made for sharing. This homemade Dutch baby recipe makes a great dessert or sweet brunch idea; be ready for lots of excitement when you pull out the puffy pancake from the oven. This pancake recipe isn't too sweet so the homemade caramelised apples and vanilla ice-cream are a delightful combination.
