How To make Layered Spaghetti Casserole
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
30 oz Spaghetti Sauce
1 Jar
8 oz Spaghetti :
Cooked And
-Drained 2 lg Eggs: Beaten
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
15 oz Part-Skim Milk Ricotta
-Cheese 1 Container 1/2 c Fresh Parsley :
Chopped
1 c Mozzarella Cheese
-Shredded, 4 Ounces
Heat the oven to 350 Degrees F. Cook the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown the drain off the excess fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and remove from the heat. Mix the spaghetti, eggs, parmesan cheese, blending well, and spread in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Mix the ricotta cheese and parsley, blending well, then spread evenly over the spaghetti mixture. Pour the sauce mixture over the ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the cheese is melted. Serve hot. It’s another beautiful and special day and today we are making our favorite spaghetti casserole, this was one of my favorite meals to make when I used to work at the hospital, I would have it ready for my husband so he can cook it before getting home! Everyone’s loves pasta and this one is just the best of both worlds lasagna and spaghetti so if you are like me that looooves cheese than you are going to definitely love this one and best part super easy to make when using store bought sauce, my top two favorite are Prego and Rao’s ???? ☺️???? PRO TIP!!!!
✅the spaghetti needs to be half way cooked so just cook 5 minutes less than package instructions
✅you can make that dish a head of time just assemble cover and refrigerate until ready to cook
✅if you don’t want to use sausage you don’t have to just use 2lbs of meat only or divide as desired
✅want to make your own sauce no problem, here’s how
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb Italian mild sausage
1 lb spaghetti
48 oz pasta sauce of choice
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
Italian blend cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 minced onion
1/2 minced green pepper
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt I used 1 3/4 tsp
black pepper I used 1 tsp

EASY SOUTHERN BAKED SPAGHETTI |DELICIOUS BUT COST EFFECTIVE
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound dried spaghetti pasta
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoons of butter
1 medium yellow onion chopped
1/4 medium green, red and yellow bell pepper rinsed, seeded, and chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon
1 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 packages sazon
1 teaspoon of adobo
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon of salt
1, 24-ounce jar pasta sauce store-bought
1, 14.5-ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (optional)
3 tablespoons of parsley
1/4 block or 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 block or 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 block or 1cup or monetary jack chews
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large saucepan add water
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube (Maggie)
1 tablespoon of oil
Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions, drain and and 1 tablespoon of butter and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Put a pan on the sove at medium high heat 6/7 and add
1 pound of ground meat, breaking apart with a a wooden spoon or spatula, and cook until meat until it’s almost cooked through, about 3 minutes. Season meat mixture with
1 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie)
1 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 packages sazon
1 teaspoon of adobo
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon basil
Stir to combine everything
Add chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until onion is translucent and veggies begin to soften, about 3-5 minutes.
4 . Add
1, 24-ounce jar pasta sauce store-bought
1, 14.5-ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes (optional)
give everything another good stir.
Season with more
2 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon of basil
and pepper to taste, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and stir until all ingredients are well combined
5. Carefully transfer spaghetti to your prepared baking dish as seen in video and top with shredded cheeses razzle-dazzle a little bit of smoke paprika and 1 tablespoon parsley on the top. Bake spaghetti for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve spaghetti immediately with cornbread or garlic bread if desired. Enjoy!
