1 egg
2 T sugar
1 c sour cream
1 T shortening
1 t prepared mustard
1 1/3 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 pk ham
finely chopped:
1/2 c Swiss cheese
Beat egg until light. Add sugar, sour cream, shortening and mustard; stir well. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened; do not overbeat. Gently, stir in ham and cheese. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 mini-muffins.

Ingredients you'll need:
1 tablespoon (9g) active dry yeast
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (139g) water
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (139g) whole milk
4 cups (480g) bread flour
1 tablespoon (13g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon (6g) fine sea salt
2 tablespoons (28g) gently melted butter, or canola oil

2 large eggs(55g)
grated apple 1 cup(160g)
apple chopped into cubes 1+1/2 cup(160g)

brown sugar 1/3(70g)-1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
canola oil 1/2 cup(90g)
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
bake at 180°c - 190°c for 20 mins

SYN FREE EGG MUFFINS | SLIMMING WORLD SNACK
One of my favourite go to snacks. These take very little preparation and only 20 minutes to cook, you can keep them in the fridge (or freezer...I haven't tried this but know some that have)
Egg muffins are delicious, you can basically put whatever you fancy in but I'll pop my recipe below. You can have as a snack or for breakfast with some beans. They are completely free on Slimming World.
5/6 Eggs
Spring onions
2 slices of cooked ham
Plum tomatoes
Cottage cheese with chives
Mushrooms
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas mark 6/400°F)
Chop all veg into your preferred size.
Beat eggs and mix cottage cheese.
Mix all ingredients together and separate into muffin cases.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Check to make sure eggs are fully cooked, if not pop back in for a few minutes.
Enjoy!
