Dry ingredients:
1 1/3 cup (120 g) oat flour, gluten-free if needed
1/3 to 1/2 cup (70-100 g) coconut sugar
1/2 cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips (dairy-free) + more for the top
Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup (180 ml) almond milk
2/3 cup (160 g) applesauce unsweetened
1/4 cup (65 g) nut butter
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract

These can be described in one word, 'heavenly'. Not only are they light and fluffy, but they taste and smell amazing as well. you will not be disappointed!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter ( ~ 115g butter) - softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups of chopped apple
1 cup of shredded apple
1 tsp cinnamon - optional
Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tsp butter
1 Tsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
