How To make Stir Fry Beef and Spaghetti
8 oz Spaghetti, Fusilli
-or Linguine, uncooked 4 tb Cornstarch
divided
1/3 c Plus 1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tb Dry sherry (optional)
1 Garlic clove :
minced
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Pepper
12 oz Boneless beef round steak
- cut into thin strips 2 c Cold water
2 1/2 tb Vegetable oil divided
2 md Carrots :
thinly sliced
1 lg Onion cut into chunks
10 oz Frozen cut green beans
:
thawed and drained Toasted sesame seeds -- (optional)
In a small bowl, blend 1 tablespoon each of the cornstarch and soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and pepper. Add beef; marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, blend remaining 3 tablespoons cornstarch into water. Stir in remaining 1/3 cup soy sauce.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pasta, toss to coat. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add meat mixture and stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove meat mixture from heat. In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add carrots and onion and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Stir in meat, cornstarch mixture and green beans. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and translucent. Arrange hot pasta on warm serving platter, and top with meat mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Each serving provides: 519 Calories; 26.4 g Protein; 67.8 g Carbohydrates; 15.1 g Fat; 40.9 mg Cholesterol;

Ingredients:
230g spaghetti
210g beef (top side cut)
90g bean sprouts
1 spring onion
40g sliced onion
Condiments:
1 table spoon dark soy sauce
1 cap shao xing cooking wine
Dash of white pepper powder
Dash sesame oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon MSG
½ teaspoon oyster sauce

Tomatoes puree 2cups
Chopped Onion 3 balls
Spring onion 20 sticks
Diced Bell Peppers 2balls
Tomato paste. 2satchets
Minced Lamb meat. 300grm
Garlic cloves. 1tblsp
Scotch bonnet. 5pcs
Paprika Flakes. 1tspn
Seasoning 4cubes
Spaghetti. 4 packs
Parsley flakes. 1pack
Cayenne Pepper 1tspn
Salt to Taste

STIR FRIED BEEF SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
100g spaghetti
¾ pounds beef fillet, shredded
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium carrot, julienne slices
1 medium green bell pepper, julienne slices
1 medium yellow bell pepper, julienne sliced
1 red chili, chopped.
1 egg, for sunny-side up
Black & white sesame seeds(opt)
1 cube beef seasoning
Vegetable oil
DIRECTION
- Bring water to a boil, add pinch of salt and cook spaghetti for 7-8
minutes, drain and set aside.
- Pour oil in a wok over medium heat then add the beef and stir-fry
for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, onions, beef seasoning, stir and let cook for a minute.
- Add carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper,
chopped chilli and stir.
- Add spaghetti, toss to mix well.
- Top with sunny-side up and sprinkle with black and white sesame
seeds.
- Ready to Serve.
