CUT INTO StrIPS. COMBINE SOY SAUCE, WATER, HONEY, GINGER AND GARLIC IN A SHALLOW PAN OR DISH. ADD MEAT AND TURN TO COAT. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES TO ONE HOUR.
