How To make Sour Cream Apple Pancakes
3/4 c AM Whole Wheat Flour
1 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Honey
1 md Apple; grated
1 Egg; beaten, or egg replacer
1 ts Pure vanilla
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Water or buttermilk
In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Cook on preheated griddle 350 F. for 3-5 minutes, turning only once. Serve hot for breakfast, brunch, or as an accompaniment to dinner. 1 cup old fashioned oats (82g)
1 cup sugar free vanilla yogurt (245g)
2 eggs
3 tbs egg whites (46g)
8 oz apple (1 large or 2 medium or 3 small apples)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of half a lemon

Mehr Äpfel als Teig! Super cremiger Apfelkuchen! Kuchen in Minuten!
Zubereitung und Zutaten:
2 Eier.
Eine Prise Salz.
Gut schlagen.
100g Zucker.
1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker.
Gut schaumig schlagen.
100ml Milch.
20g geschmolzene Butter.
Schale von 1 Zitrone.
Gut mischen.
80 g Weizenmehl.
Gut mischen.
4-5 Äpfel schälen.
Schneiden Sie die Äpfel in dünne Scheiben.
Die Äpfel mit 1/2 Zitronensaft beträufeln.
Gut mischen.
1 Teelöffel Backpulver zum Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Die Äpfel in den Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Auflaufform 18 cm, mit Backpapier abdecken, einfetten und mit Mehl bestäuben.
Den Teig in eine Auflaufform geben.
40-50 Minuten bei 180 °C in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben.
Je höher der Kuchen, desto länger dauert das Backen.
Lassen Sie den Kuchen gut abkühlen, ohne ihn aus der Auflaufform zu nehmen.
Das Ergebnis ist ein köstlicher Apfelkuchen.

This is Bubby's sour cream pancake recipe, or as close as I can get it. Bubby's is a restaurant in NYC that makes THE BEST pancakes in the world. They base their recipe off of a James Beard recipe. Today's episode is how to make the best pancake recipe, inspired by Bubby's recipe. Pancakes are one of the great breakfast recipes for kids but they will please any crowd. This is my take on James Beard's sour cream pancake recipe.

These melt in your mouth sour cream pancakes are so easy to put together and the outcome is phenomenal! You will never use prepackaged mix after trying these fluffy moist pancakes!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
butter for serving.
Directions:
To make these pancakes simply mix all of the wet ingredients together with a whisk.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl then vary carefully add them to the wet ingredients mixing just until combined.
Heat the griddle and place a bit of butter into the pan. Place scoops of the batter into the pan and flip once golden brown.
*Be sure not to over mix the batter or the pancakes will be tough.
yields about 10 3-inch pancakes
