✅don’t add habanero if you don’t like spicy
✅ another great substitute for hatch is Anaheim, Anaheim peppers are not spicy at all they are similar to a poblano yet very unique in flavor

2-4 lbs pork shoulder
4 hatch green peppers
6 tomatillos
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
2 habanero
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
4 tsp black pepper

Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 poblano
1 yellow onion
1 zucchini
1 lemon
14 sugar bomb tomatoes
6 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 Tbsp chipotle powder or choice of chili powder
1/2 tsp seasoning salt (adjust to taste
1 tsp rosemary (dried)
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
Small bunch of cilantro
Toppings avocado, red radish, pickled purple onions
Served with white rice
Pork version of this recipe -
Tip‼️
Chipotle powder is spicy use 1 tsp if you want a mild recipe
Please adjust chicken broth depending on the size of chicken you might only need 1 1/2 cups
Season raw chicken and leave overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor

1 15oz. chili beans (with liquid) (you can use spicy)
1 15oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup celery (diced)
1/3 cup green bell pepper (diced)
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper (diced)
1/2 medium chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 heaping cup mole (Doña Maria)
1/3 tablet Abuelita chocolate (grated)
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 15oz. can diced tomatoes (with liquid)
1 Lb. ground beef
cilantro (small bunch)
1/2 cup beef broth
2 big garlic cloves

Today I want to share with you how to make the best Mexican chicken tortilla soup or also known as sopa azteca , The flavors on this soup is like no other, it’s soooo delicious and it’s perfect to enjoy on any day, any occasion, specially now that its cold!!!! This soup is not spicy at all the chiles just add a good amount of flavor, if you want it to be spicy, add Chile chipotle or arbol! So I hope you all enjoy it! Old recipe found here ????????

Back in the day I used to make the pico for our family barbecues. My grandma used to tell me it was the best recipe she ever had. So good in fact, that there would have to be TWO whole bowls because I would eat an entire on myself ????
In this video I’m gonna share the authentic, restaurants style and homemade recipe we use for our favorite snack and condiment – PICO DE GALLO!
My personal pro tip here is to use SERRANOS instead of jalapeños to take the heat up a few notches. And the best part of this recipe is you can adjust all the ingredients to you personal preferences.
You can add more tomato, less onion, double the chile or omit the cilantro – whatever you and your friends and family like, it can be done easily in this delicious recipe.
Ingredients
9 Roma Tomatos
1/2 White Onion
3 Whole Serranos (or Jalapeños for less heat)
1 Head of Cilantro (chopped)
1 Large Lime
2 tsp Sea Salt
