How To make San Antonio Chicken with Picante Black Bean Sauce
6 Chicken breast halves,
-boned and skinned 2 ts Ground cumin
1 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Black beans, canned, rinsed
-and drained 1 cn Whole kernel corn, drained
2/3 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 c Diced red bell pepper
2 tb Chopped cilantro
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with 1 teaspoon of the cumin and the garlic salt. Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes. In medium bowl, combine beans, corn, Pace Picante Sauce, red pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon cumin. Turn chicken; spoon bean mixture evenly over chicken. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 6-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Push bean mixture off chicken into skillet. Transfer chicken to serving platter, using a slotted spoon; keep warm. Cook bean mixture over high heat 2-3 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently; spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce.

How to Make the Best Chili Ever
This hearty, meaty chili will fill up the hungriest of appetites. This recipe makes a big ole batch of chili. This recipes contains 4 lbs of meat! 3 lbs of ground meat and 1 lb of chuck roast or stew meat. I love this recipe with venison instead of beef as well. Any combo of meats works but having plenty of ground meat plus some large chunky meat that will break down and get super tender during a 6-8 hour cook is the best.

This recipe will require a large slow cooker or dutch oven. It has a medium spiciness level. You can adjust that by adding more or less chili seasoning.

1 whole chicken (about 4 pounds), giblets discarded, cut into 2 breast halves, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, and 2 wings
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil as needed
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Romano Pecorino, Parmigiano, or Asiago
4 teaspoons dried italian seasoning (or 1 tablespoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

Back in the day I used to make the pico for our family barbecues. My grandma used to tell me it was the best recipe she ever had. So good in fact, that there would have to be TWO whole bowls because I would eat an entire on myself ????
In this video I’m gonna share the authentic, restaurants style and homemade recipe we use for our favorite snack and condiment – PICO DE GALLO!
My personal pro tip here is to use SERRANOS instead of jalapeños to take the heat up a few notches. And the best part of this recipe is you can adjust all the ingredients to you personal preferences.
You can add more tomato, less onion, double the chile or omit the cilantro – whatever you and your friends and family like, it can be done easily in this delicious recipe.
