1/2 c Nonfat milk
1/2 c Flour
2 tb Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
Cinnamon 2 Apples; peeled & sliced
1 tb Butter
3 tb Light brown sugar; packed
Powdered sugar :
yogurt sauce----- 1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Applesauce
Combine egg substitute, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon in blender container. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Saute apples in butter in oven-proof 8-inch skillet until lightly browned. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dash of cinnamon and cook until brown sugar melts. Pour batter over apples. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until pancake is light brown and puffed. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste. Serve immediately with Yogurt Sauce. YOGURT SAUCE: Combine yogurt and applesauce. Chill until serving time. Makes 3/4 cup. Each serving contains about: 212 calories; 259 mg sodium; 9 mg cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 39 grams carbohydrates; 7 grams protein; 0.47 grams fiber. Presented by: Donna Deane, L.A. 20ml (4 tsp) Milk
30g (3.3 tbsp) All-purpose flour
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract (optional)
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar

1. I used the all-purpose flour in here, you can also use cake flour to make
2. There are 25 grams (2 tbsp) of Sugar in total. Split it into 3 times to add.
3. Whip the egg whites to dry peaks, so the pancakes will come out thicker
4. All the way low heat, about 5 minutes on each side, you can either add a small spoonful of water or not.

You will need ovenproof skillet/pan, that can put in the oven.
Preheat oven at 225°C.
1 large egg
1 tsp grated lemon zest
A pinch of salt
40 ml milk
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter/margarine
1 small/half large apple, thinly sliced
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions :
- In a bowl, whisk egg, grated lemon zest and salt. Add milk, whisk
to combined.
- Add the flour, whisk. Add vanilla sugar and granulated sugar into the batter. Whisk well.
- In an ovenproof skillet (I use square skillet here), heat butter until melt. Cook apple slices until softened.
- Pour pancake batter over the apple in the pan, spread evenly to cover the pan.
- Transfer the pan into the oven, bake at 225°C for about 20 minutes.
- The pancake will puffy during the baking time.
- Remove from oven, slide pancake onto serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar (may use fruits and syrup).
- Eat immediately.

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

In a skillet on the stove melt 2
tablespoons of the butter over
medium heat. Add the apple slices and
cook, about 10 minutes. then add 2
tablespoons of the brown sugar
In a bowl mix together the eggs,
sugar, milk, and flour. Pour this batter
over the apples ,then place the skillet in oven,
and bake until puffy, about 10 minutes

remaining 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Cut the butter
into pieces. When the pancake puffs,
remove from the oven, dot with butter,
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and
return to the oven to bake until
brown about 10 minutes more.
