How To make Pineapple Chiffon Cake
1 Envelope plain gelatine
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Crushed pineapple and syrup
3 Eggs, separated
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Ice cold water
1/2 c Skim milk powder
9 Thin chocolate cookies
Mix together in top of double boiler gelatine, sugar, and salt. Beat egg yolks slightly, stir in pineapple and syrup. Add to gelatine mixture. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved (about 8 min). Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency. Beat ice water and milk powder together until stiff and mixture stands in peaks (10 min by hand). Fold into gelatine mixture. Spoon 1/4 of mixture into 9 by 5 inch loaf pan; top with 2 or 3 cookies; repeat

You'll need:
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1 cup cake flour/all purpose flour
1 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
Merigue:
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp.cream of tartar/lemon juice/white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Bake at preheated oven at 160°c for about 25-30 minutes
PINEAPPLE CHIFFON CAKE
Ingredients
1. 3 pcs Eggs
2. 150 gms Sugar
3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4. 120 ml Pineapple Juice
5. 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
6. 300 gms All Purpose Flour
Instruction
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, pineapple juice, baking powder and flour.
2. Mix it by using electric mixer, set aside.
3. Meanwhile cut 2 pcs of slice pineapple into chunk.
4. Add pineapple chunk into the mixture, mix until well combine.
5. Pour mixture into baking pan, top with slice pineapple juice.
6. Pre heat oven in 160° for 10 mins and bake for an hour. let it cool !
7. Sprinkle some
confections sugar on top before serving.
PINEAPPLE CHIFFON CAKE RECIPE

In this video I made Pineapple Chiffon Cake in an angel food tube tin.
This is my go to cake because it is simple and easy.
FULL RECIPE:
DRY INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 CUP cake flour
3/4 CUP sugar
3 TSP baking powder
WET INGREDIENTS
7 egg yolks (separate the egg whites)
1 TSP vanilla
1/2 CUP oil
3/4 CUP pineapple juice
For the egg whites add in 1 TSP cream of tartar (you can use salt as an alternative)
Sift dry ingredients, add in all the wet ingredients.
On a separate bowl, beat egg whites, add in cream of tartar, add sugar gradually.
Beat until soft peaks forms. Fold everything in. Pour into tin, and bake at 350 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!

For the chiffon Cake
8 egg yolks
80 g sugar or 1/3 cup plus 1/2 tbsp
100 of pineapple syrup from the can of pineapple crushed
100 ml oil
1/4 tsp salt
200 g cake flour or 1 1/4 cup
For the Meringue
8 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
100 g sugar
for the Icing
2 cups whipping cream +100 ml extra whipping cream to include pipping and decoration
450g of crushed pineapple with the syrup drained
1/2 cup powdered sugar (I measure first then sift)
Optional : pineapple chunks to decorate the top and 3 pcs. of cherries

Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
• 8 large (150g) egg yolks
• 1/2 cup (125ml) canola or vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup (200ml) juice of pineapple slices
• 1/2 tsp almond extract (you can also use vanilla extract)
• 3/4 cup (160g) white granulated sugar
• 2 1/4 cups (300g) cake flour, sifted twice
• 1 tbsp (10g) baking powder
• 1 tsp (5g) iodized salt
Meringue;
• 8 large (260g) egg whites
• 1/2 tsp (1g) cream of tartar
• 3/4 cup (160g) white granulated sugar
Toppings:
• 1 can (432g) pineapple slices
• Cherries
• 1/2 cup of corn syrup or use 1/2 cup brown sugar, caramelized
*Do not oil baking pan.
*Preheat oven at 160⁰C for 15 minutes.
*Bake for 60 to 75 mins at the middle rack only. Turn it around halfway through at around 40 mins for even cooking and color.
*Do not open the oven to check until only after 40 mins to not deflate the cake.
*Put on a cooling rack before inverting the cake.
Baking Dish Size:
16 x 12 x 4 inch baking dish or you may use 2 square pan
Baking Temperature:
160⁰C preheat 15 mins and baking time is 60 to 75 mins or until golden brown and chiffon is set to the touch
