CAKE:
1/3 c Puritan Oil
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 c All-purpose Flour
1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground Ginger
1 c Finely Chopped Peeled Apple
TOPPING:
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Finely Chopped Walnuts
1/2 ts Cinnamon
Heat oven to 350`F. FOR CAKE, combine oil and sugar in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Add eggs. Beat well. Combine next 6 ingredients. Add to oil mixture. Beat until just blended. Stir in apples. Spread evenly in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
FOR TOPPING, combine sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350`F for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 3 x 2-1/4-inch rectangles. 5 eggs, separated;
200g (1 ½ cup) all-purpose flour;
150g (⅔ cup) sugar;
80g (⅓ cup) butter, melted;
100ml (⅓ cup+2 tbsp) apple juice;
2 apples, sliced;
16g (1 tbsp) baking powder;
Powdered sugar for serving.
METHOD
Beat egg yolks with sugar until pale, add melted butter and apple juice.
In a separate bowl whisk flour with baking powder.
Add dry ingredients into the liquids and mix to combine.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold them in and pour the batter into a 16 cm baking pal. Top with apple slices.
Bake at 160C/320F for 1 hour. Let cool down before slicing and dust with powdered sugar.

Instruction:
1. Separate 3 egg yolks and egg whites, and refrigerate the egg whites.
2. Cut the apple into thin slices
3. Vegetable oil 30ml and Warm milk 40ml, Stir well
4. Add low-gluten flour 53g, and stir until no dry powder is visible.
5. Add 3 egg yolks.Stir well. Set the batter aside.
6. Whipped meringue, Add a teaspoon of lemon juice
7. Gradually add 55g of sugar, Add corn starch 1.5g.Whip meringue until stiff peaks.
8. Take a small amount of meringue into the batter, Stir gently.
9. Add all remaining meringue, stir gently until fully mixed, do not over-mix
10. Pour the batter into a 6-inch round mold.
11.Lay out apple slices into petal shape.
12. Bake in a preheated at 140℃(285℉)oven for 50 minutes
( Top & bottom heat). Then Increase the temperature to 150°C and for another 10 minutes(Fan forced)
13. Turn it upside down immediately after it comes out of the oven and let it cool completely。
14. Demoulding, and enjoy the cake.

Delicious & Quick Fluffy Apple Cake / Easy Recipe
This easy apple cake is a delicious dessert that's perfect for any occasion. The cake has a light and fluffy texture and is infused with the sweet and tangy flavors of apples and lemon juice. The cake batter is made with a combination of eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract. This creates a moist and tender crumb that is perfectly complemented by the sweet and slightly tart apple slices.
To make the cake, you'll need 2 apples, which you'll need to peel and slice into thin pieces.In a pan, melt 25 grams of butter and add apple slices, add 15 grams of lemon juice and 20 grams of sugar. Cook the apple slices in the mixture until they soften a little.
Next, prepare a cake batter by whisking 2 eggs with 130g of sugar, adding 60g of yogurt, 60ml of milk, 60ml of sunflower oil, and a dash of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined. Sift 200g of flour and 8g of baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until the batter is smooth.
Pour the cake batter into a greased 18cm cake pan and arrange the cooked apple slices on top.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Once the cake is done, let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely. If you like, you can grill the cake for an additional 2 minutes until the top is golden brown. This apple cake is a crowd-pleaser and is sure to become a family favorite!

• Yolk 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Milk 3 oz | 85 g
• Oil 2 oz | 56 g
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Cake flour 4 oz | 113 g
[Meringue]
• Egg white 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
???? Bake 300 F | 149 C with a water bath for 25-30 minutes
(It was 28 minutes with my oven!)
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.

• Fresh strawberries: about 10 medium-sized strawberries
