Ingredients:
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
100ml orange juice (橙汁)
1 tsp orange zest (橙皮屑)
150g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
90g caster sugar (细砂糖)
22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan
22cm (9寸)戚风烤模
以150°C烤45分钟,再改180°C 烤10分钟。
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 180°C for 10 minuets.

之前做过了几款戚风蛋糕, 今天终于来做香橙戚风蛋糕,味道超香。采用了鲜渣橙汁和鲜刨橙皮所以蛋糕内部满满的香橙口味。有仔细的讲解示范蛋白霜浓稠程度,翻拌手法,烤箱设定和位置以及脱磨方式也很关键,让香橙戚风蛋糕“不漏风”,不塌陷,不开裂,脱磨出来美美完整像甜甜圈一样。无法自拔, 我不懂压了这戚风蛋糕几多次,还是可以回弹QQ :)。口感很湿润,并且非常蓬松。搭配跟糖柑橘皮和巧克力Kisses更加好吃哦~
收藏方式:做好放凉收密封容器,放普通冰箱3-5天吃完。
Made several types of chiffon cakes before, today I finally made Orange Chiffon Cake, so fragrant. Using freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly grated orange zest, thus full of orange flavor within the cake. Explained and demonstrated in details the consistency of the egg white meringue, the mixing method, oven setting, rack position, and unmoulding method are also crucial, so that the orange chiffon cake won’t deflate, won’t collapse, won’t crack, unmoulded cake also looks nice and complete like a doughnut. So irresistible, I can’t help but pressed this chiffon cake so many times, it can still rebound QQ :). So soft, fluffy, moist and tender. Paired with Candied Orange Peel and Chocolate Kisses make it more delicious~
Storage Method: Once made and cooled, keep in airtight container, chill in normal fridge for 3-5days.

Orange Chiffon Cake Quick and Easy Recipe
This is not just any cake. Its an Orange Chiffon Cake with extra smooth texture and great taste. Try it and let us know how you like it.
Orange Chiffon Cake Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Eggs 6+1 (Eggyolk 6 eggs & eggwhites 7 eggs)
Flour 2 1/4 cups
Caster sugar 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Orange zest 2 Tablespoon
Oil 1/2 cup
Orange juice 3/4 cup
Cream of tartar 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)
Directions:
Separate egg yolks and egg whites in two bowls. Set aside for 30 minutes to bring them to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
In the bowl of your electric mixer, Add flour, sugar 1 ¼ cups (1/4 cup will be used later in the recipe), add baking powder, salt, and orange zest. Beat until all dry ingredients are mixed. . Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the egg yolks, oil and orange juice. Beat until batter is smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Place the prepared batter aside.
In a separate bowl, using whisk attachment, beat the egg whites until foamy. Add the cream of tartar and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Now gradually add remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Combine two batters gently with a large rubber spatula (in three additions).
Pour the batter into the ungreased tube pan and bake for about 55 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Immediately upon removing the cake from the oven, turn upside down the pan so it is suspended over the counter.
Let the cake cool completely before removing from pan (about 1 - 1 1/2 hours).
Remove the pan, dust the top with icing sugar.
Orange Chiffon cake is ready to be served.
Orange Chiffon Cake Recipe in Urdu:

Ande ki safedi 7
Maida 2 1/4 cups
Caster sugar 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder 1 khaney ka chamach
Salt 1/2 chaye ka chamach
Orange zest 2 khaney ke chamach
Oil 1/2 cup
Orange juice 3/4 cup
Cream of tartar 1/2 chaye ka chamach (optional)
Cake banana ka tareeka:
Eggs ki safedi (eggwhites) aur zardi (egg yolk) 2 bowls main alag karlen. 30 minutes tak rakhen taake ande room temperature pe ajayen.
Oven ko 170 C pe preheat karlen.
Electric Mixer ke bowl main maida, castor sugar 1 ¼ cup, baking powder, salt, and orange zest ko ek se do minute beat karen. Egg yolk, oil, orange juice aur vanilla extract shamil karke dubara beat karen. Aur batter ko alihda bowl main rakhden.
Ek aur bowl main eggwhites ko foam ban jane tak beat karen. Cream of tartar, ¼ cup sugar daal kar beat karen. Ab pehle se tayar batter ko chamach se mix karen.
Tayar batter baking pan main dalen aur 55 se 60 minutes tak bake karen.
Cake ko oven se nikal kar counter pe ulat den aur thanda hone tak 1- 1 1/2 ghante rakh den.
Baking Pan hata den aur Icing sugar sprinkle Karen.
Mazedar spongy orange cake tayar hai.

40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
120g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
80g g sugar (细砂糖)
22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan
22cm (9寸)戚风烤模,
以130°C烤45分钟,再改160°C 烤15分钟
或以150°C烤45分钟,再改180°C 烤10分钟
Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 160°C for 15 minuets.
or bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 180°C for 10 minuets.
