Combine beef, crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Shape into 3 or 4 oval patties; cook on both sides until no longer pink. Cook the mushrooms and basil in 2 Tablespoon butter over medium-high heat until tender. Increase heat to high; cook and stir until most of the liquid evaporates. Melt the remaining butter; stir in flour. Gradually blend in cream. Add 1/2 cup water, hot pepper sauce and remaining salt; cook and stir on low until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Add enough remaining water to make a medium-thin sauce. Add mushrooms; heat through. Serve over beef patties; top with cheese and onions.

Creamy Beef with Mushroom Sauce
1 kl beef sirloin or regular beef, thinly sliced
1/4 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp white sugar
Ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 medium size yellow onions, finely chopped
1 can (284ml) cream of mushroom
1 tetra pack (250ml) all purpose cream
1 can (400g) Button mushrooms, well drained
(drained wt. 200g)

For the binder:
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh milk
For the meat mixture:
1/2 kilo ground beef
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
salt
ground black pepper
For the mushroom gravy:
cooking oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR MUSHROOM SAUCE:
1 can of sliced mushrooms
3-4 tablespoons cream
1 cup beef broth
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons of butter
INGREDIENTS FOR BURGER PATTY:
500 grams minced beef
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt as per taste
1 egg
slices of swiss cheese
brioche buns
First and foremost we have to make the burger patty and while we let it rest in the freezer, we'll later on make the sauce.
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and egg in the minced beef and mix it well.
Make 2-4 patties according to your own liking.
Let the patties rest in the freezer for around 20-30 minutes.
Now let's start making the sauce by melting butter into a sauce pan and frying the finely chopped onion.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook the onions till they are properly caramelized.
Add the mushrooms now and fry them for 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the mushrooms.
Add the broth now and lower the heat and let it cook until the onions and broth mix into make a brown gravy.
Add the cream and cook it for another 2-3 minutes and your sauce is ready to be topped on the burger patty.
GRILLING TIME.
Heat grill pan on medium heat and brush it with some olive oil.
Place the patties on it and grill it for 8-10 minutes on each side.
If you want more flavor in your patty you can add a teaspoon of butter to the pan.
On the last minute of the patties on the grill top them with 2 slices of cheese each.
BURGER !!! ASSEMBLE !!!
Place the cheese covered patty on the lettuce and top it with the mushroom sauce.

Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Ingredients:
150g Ground Pork
150g Ground Beef
¼ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1pc Onion med, minces
5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Flour
1 pc Egg
Procedures:
1. Combine all the ingredients. Mix it well until combined.
2. To mold the patties, use egg ring and parchment paper to remove patties easily.
3. After molding the patties, cover them with plastic wraps and freeze.
4. In a pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil. Fry the Patties.
5. Note: Do not Press the Patties.
6. Let it cook until golden brown.
MUSHROOM GRAVY
Ingredients:
20g. Butter (for Mushroom)
70g. Button Mushroom, sliced
40g. Butter
4 Tbsp Flour
1 ½ cup Water
½ Knorr Beef Cubes
½ Knorr Chicken Cubes
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Procedures:
1. In a pan, add 20g. of Butter and melt.
2. Stir fry the sliced Mushroom. Set Aside.
3. In the same pan, low fire.
4. Add the other 40g of Butter to melt.
5. Add the flour, until combine.
6. Gradually add the ½ part of Water and stir well to prevent lumps.
7. Add KNORR Cubes.
8. Add more water when needed.
9. Continually stir to prevent lumps.
10. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
11. Add the rest of water until you reach the desired consistency.
12. Add the Mushroom.

- 1/2 ground beef (you can also use ground pork or chicken)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 pc/slice of loaf bread
- 1/4 cup milk
*For the Mushroom Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Oyster sauce (you can use Soy sauce)
