Combine beef, crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Shape into 3 or 4 oval patties; cook on both sides until no longer pink. Cook the mushrooms and basil in 2 Tablespoon butter over medium-high heat until tender. Increase heat to high; cook and stir until most of the liquid evaporates. Melt the remaining butter; stir in flour. Gradually blend in cream. Add 1/2 cup water, hot pepper sauce and remaining salt; cook and stir on low until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Add enough remaining water to make a medium-thin sauce. Add mushrooms; heat through. Serve over beef patties; top with cheese and onions.

Ingredients:
1 can, 10¾ oz Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat-Free)
1 lb ground beef
½ cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 egg, beaten
ground black pepper and salt to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 oz sliced mushrooms, about 1½ cups
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup water
For Garnish:
chopped parsley

0:08 Thoroughly mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, and egg in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
0:18 Shape the beef mixture firmly into 4 (½-inch-thick) burgers.
0:25 Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and cook until well browned on both sides.
0:30 Remove the burgers from the skillet.
0:33 Reduce the heat to medium and heat the oil in the skillet.
0:37 Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
0:42 Stir the mushroom soup, Worcestershire, and water in the skillet and heat to a boil.
0:48 Return the burgers to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low.
0:50 Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through. Garnish with parsley and serve!
