How To make Fettuccine with Shrimp And Cream Sauce
Ingredients

fettuccine noodles
1/2
cup
oil
1/4
cup
butter
2-4

garlic cloves, fresh, chopped
1
pound
jumbo shrimp, fresh, butterfly
1
cup
parsley, fresh, chopped
2
cup
mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1
cup
green onions, chopped
1
tablespoon
red pepper
2
tablespoon
flour
1/2
cup
dry white wine
1
pt
heavy cream
5
oz
parmesan cheese, grated
1
salt, to taste
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions in boiling water with oil. While noodles are cooking, melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic and shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink, but do not allow garlic to turn brown. Add parsley, mushrooms, onions and red pepper; saute for 1 minute. Add flour, mix thoroughly and add wine.
Simmer for about 30 seconds, then add cream and heat through. Drain noodles and add to sauce with half the grated cheese. Fold in gently until noodles are well coated and cheese is melted. salt lightly. If sauce is too thin, continue heating until sauce reduces to a creamy consistency. If sauce is too thick, add cream. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional grated cheese and serve immediately.

Pasta
Heavy cream
Cheese
Salt ( I use garlic salt)

Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Creamy garlic parm shrimp
Serves 2
3-4 Table spoons neutral oil (Grape seed or sunflower oil)
1 lb Peeled deveined shrimp size 8-12
2 Tablespoons Salted butter
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine (Chardonay)
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Optional Garnish: Chopped parsley & Chili flakes
1. Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Make sure to get both sides.
3. When the oil is hot, carefully add the shrimp. Cook each side for 2 minutes. When they’re done remove and reserve.
4. Discard any excess oil. Turn the heat down to medium low. Add the butter and let it melt.
5. Next add minced garlic. Fry until its fragrant or turns a light blonde color (about 1-2 minutes).
6. After that add the wine and let it reduce.
7. When the wine is almost dry combine the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and continue to reduce.
8. When the sauce is at your desired consisgtency season with salt to taste.
9. Finish with the chopped parsley and the cooked shrimp from earlier.
10. Serve hot with more chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.

12 oz Linguine Pasta
1/2 cup reserved Pasta Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced, divided
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
8 oz sliced Brown Mushrooms
1 lb fresh Shrimp (prawns) without shells, washed and deveined
1/2 tsp crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Salt to season
8 oz pack Cream Cheese at room temperature
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/2 cup light Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt to season, if desired
2 tablespoons fresh chopped Parsley, to garnish
