How To make Fettucine with Butter& Cream Fettuccine All'Alfredo
Basic egg pasta dough * 1/4 c Butter
1 c Whipping cream
Salt White pepper 1/4 c Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Additional Parmesan cheese
Prepare noodles using Basic Egg Pasta Dough (made with 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour) Melt butter in a large skillet. When butter foams, add cream. Simmer over medium heat about 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and white pepper. Fill a very large saucepan two-thirds full with salted water. Bring water to a boil. Add noodles. Bring water back to a boil and cook noodles uncovered until tender, but firm to bite. Drain noodles and place in skillet with cream. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Toss noodles and sauce over medium heat until sauce coats noodles, 20 to 30 seconds. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese. Makes 4
to 6 servings.

Ingredients:
1 box of Fettuccini or Linguini pasta
1 stick o butter (2 TBS extra to cook shrimp)
3 TBS of olive oil (to cook shrimp)
2 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
2 TBS of cream cheese

1 tps of all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1 Pacote de macarrão fettuccine
Pitada de sal
3 colheres de sopa. manteiga sem sal
2 dentes de alho, picados
1 ¼ xícara de creme de leite
150g queijo parmesão, finamente ralado
1. Na Instant Massas da Tupperware, adicione a massa, uma pitada de sal e água até a linha de enchimento máxima e leve ao Microondas descoberto em potência alta por 10 minutos ou até que a massa esteja al dente, use a tampa para coar o macarrão. Deixou de lado.
2. Derreta a manteiga em fogo médio na Frigideira Universal Tupperware. Adicione o alho picado e refogue até ficar dourado cerca de dois minutos.
3. Adicione lentamente o creme de leite e misture bem. Misture o queijo parmesão e abaixe o fogo para baixo e continue mexendo até derreter completamente, aadicione o macarrão cozido e sirva a seguir.

Welcome back to Our Family Pantry! Today we are showing you how we make Alfredo Pasta with Scallops. We also call it Seafood Alfredo. This is my husband’s favorite dish! This is a snapshot into me making dinner at home in my kitchen. I don’t measure in this video - I’m just doing my thing with you over my shoulder ???? . Add any additional ingredients or seasonings and make it your own. We hope you try it and enjoy.
These are bay scallops so they are small. Sea scallops are the large variety. This Alfredo sauce comes together very quickly with just 3 main ingredients: Butter, Cream, and Parmesan Cheese.
Seafood Alfredo with Scallops - Our Family Pantry
1lb dry pasta
1-2 lbs bay scallops
2 sticks butter
2 pints heavy cream (16 ounces)
4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided in 1/2*
Additional seasonings used:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Nutmeg
Ground Red Pepper
Garlic Bread Seasoning
Butter & Olive Oil to cook the scallops
*use your favorite or most accessible cheese. When my grandma made this recipe 35-50 years ago we didn’t have the variety of ingredients we have now. So if you like fresh grated Parmesan by all means please use it.
