How To make Crockpot Beef Fajitas

flank steak

onion, sliced

green bell pepper, cut into strips

red bell pepper, cut into strips
1
each
jalapeno pepper, chopped
1
tablespoon
cilantro
2
each
garlic cloves, minced
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
cumin, ground
1
teaspoon
coriander, ground
1/4
teaspoon
salt
8
oz
can tomatoes, chopped
12
each
8 inch flour tortillas
1
sour cream
1
guacamole
1
cheddar cheese, shredded
1
salsa
Directions:
Cut flank steak into 6 portions. In any size crockpot, combine meat, onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Remove meat from crockpot and shred. Return meat to crockpot and stir.
To serve fajitas, spread meat mixture into flour tortillas; add favorite toppings and roll up tortillas.

2 bell peppers
1 medium onion
*MARINADE*
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
*CHICKEN FAJITAS*
1 lb chicken breast

Crockpot STEAK Fajitas
Ingredients:
1.5 - 2 Lbs STEAK
1 packet Fajita Seasonings
3 Bell Peppers (Red, Orange, Yellow)
1 onion (About 1 Cup)
14 oz can diced tomatoes
2 TSP Minced Garlic
1 Lime
Directions:
Clean Pepper and Onions
Cut your Bell Peppers and Onion into strips and add to a large bowl
Layer bottom of crockpot with half of peppers/onion mix
Add Steak next
Season steak with half of fajita seasonings
Layer remaining steak and season with remaining fajita season
Add diced tomatoes
Add minced garlic
Add remaining half of peppers/onion mix
Cover crockpot cook on HIGH FOR 3 HOURS
After 3 HOURS Slice Steak into strips and cover for ADDITIONAL 15-30 Mins
Serve and Enjoy!

Here is what you'll need!
Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas
Servings: 4-5
INGREDIENTS
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1½ pound flank steak
2 tablespoon taco seasoning*
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
Flour or corn tortillas
Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Cotija, for garnish (optional)
PREPARATION
Place onions, peppers, and whole flank steak in the slow cooker. Top with taco seasoning, garlic, lime, and diced tomatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Remove steak from the slow cooker.
Optional: broil steak for 4-5 minutes until crisp for added texture.
Slice steak across the grain into thin strips. Add back into the slow cooker and combine with other ingredients.
Plate with tortillas of your choice and garnish with cilantro and cotija (optional).
