Cranberry Bread with Orange Glaze
Orange-glazed Cranberry bread is loaded with juicy cranberries with a moist and tender crumb. This stays moist for a few days after it’s made so it’s perfect as a homemade Christmas gift.

CRANBERRY BREAD INGREDIENTS:
►1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
►1 tsp baking powder
►1/4 tsp salt
►1/4 cup milk, room temperature
►Zest of 1 large orange, divided
►1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
►6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
►3/4 cup granulated sugar
►2 large eggs, room temperature
►1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
►1/2 Tbsp flour
ORANGE GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
►1 cup powdered sugar
►1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
►1 tsp orange zest, reserved from the orange above

3 Eggs
Sugar 125g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
Melted Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
Plain Yogurt 45g (3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Plain flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
Dried Cranberries 100g (about ½ cup)
Powdered Sugar 50g (½ cup)
Milk or Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 minutes

Cranberry Lemon Bundt Cake
Today I’m sharing one of the brightest and cheeriest holiday cakes in my arsenal, my Cranberry-Lemon Bundt Cake. Whether you're looking for a showstopper for your holiday dinner or you are just looking to use your leftover bag of cranberries, this cake is sure to impress.
I love cranberries and anything lemon flavoured so you can just imagine how excited I was when I first found this recipe from William Sonoma. But it is not until I tasted it that I fell in love with and have been baking it ever since. Now it has become a holiday staple in my family. Imagine a moist buttery lemon cake crowned with beautiful juicy cranberries and topped with a lemon glaze. Heaven!
Not only is this cake seriously delicious, but it is also fuss-free. It is the perfect cake when hosting Thanksgiving or Christmas since it can be made a day or two ahead of time. This is one of those cakes that gets better with time. Trust me, this is one cake you'll want to make. It’s not just good, it’s go back for slice upon slice good!

12 tbsp (1 1/2 stick) of unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
2½ cups all-purpose flour
2½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1½ cups granulated sugar
Zest of 2 lemons
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
3 large eggs
¾ cup buttermilk
Juice of half a lemon
For the glaze:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1½ tbsp. (more or less) of lemon juice
