How To make Orange Bundt Cake
1 c Butter
3 ts Baking powder
2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Fresh orange juice
1 Orange; grated rind of
3 c Flour; sifted
5 Eggs; room temp
glaze:
1 c Butter; melted
1/3 c Bourbon
2/3 c Sugar
Preheat oven to 350~. Grease and flour a tube pan. Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar until light. Beat in one egg at a time. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mix alternately with orange juice. Add grated rind. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until tested done. Remove from oven to rack. GLAZE: While cake is baking, make glaze by heating butter and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add bourbon. Leave cake in pan and pour glaze over hot cake. Leave in pan until thoroughly cooled. Freezes well. -----

1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR (300 g)
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

Orange bundt cake – soft and fluffy orange cake with a tender crumb, melt in the mouth texture and this orange bundt cake gifts eaters with a huge burst of fresh orange flavour, making it both delicious and refreshing.

one orange,
two eggs (substitute of eggs : 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk)
sugar 3/4 cup
cooking oil 1/2 cup
flour (maida) 2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
milk 1/3 cup
for the topping :
white chocolate 80g
some orange zest on top
*** baking pan size 8 inch***
for oven : bake preheated oven at 170c for 45 to 50 minutes.

Orange Bundt Cake Recipe ????
Orange Bundt Cake Recipe ????
Ingredients:
Cake:
2 medium oranges, cut into slices
1 1/4 cup caster sugar
5 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sunflower oil
1 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons orange zest
Glaze:
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
Orange food colour (optional)
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Brush a 10 cups Bundt pan with butter and dust with flour, set aside.
Slice two oranges into slices, then cut the slices into halves. Arrange the half slices into the bottom of the Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix them with an electric mixture until light in colour.
Add the oil and the orange juice and continue mixing until fully combined.
In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the egg mixture and the orange zest to the flour and mix with a whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour the cake mix into the prepared Bundt pan over the orange slices. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a large serving plate. Let cool down to room temperature.
While the cake is cooling down prepare the glaze. In a medium mixing bowl add the icing sugar, orange juice, orange zest and orange food colouring if using. Mix together until fully combined.
Pour the glaze over the cooled cake, slice, serve and enjoy.
