How To make Corny Pasta and Beef Casserole
1 pound 93% lean ground beef
1 large onion
chopped
1 clove garlic :
minced
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup, condensed
1 1/2 cups water
8 ounces elbow macaroni -- uncooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
15 1/4 ounces corn, cream-style
1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato soup, water, macaroni, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low, partially cover, and simmer until macaroni is barely tender, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in cream-style corn. Pour into a lightly greased 1.5-quart casserole and cover tightly.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes more or until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted.

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped ½ kg
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Italian seasoning 2 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Penne pasta 350g (boiled until half done)
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ad required
-Dried parsley
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add tomatoes,dried basil,sugar & mix well.
-Add water & bring it to boil.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of blender & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince,mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,Italian seasoning,soy sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add peas and mix well.
-Add prepared curry & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add penne pasta & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-On baking casserole,add beef & pasta mixture,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried parsley.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
-Serve with 7up.

Ground Beef Pasta Bake
1 lb Penne
1 Medium Onion - chopped
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 Cloves Garlic - minced
3 C Marinara Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Boil pasta - cook for 9 - 10 minutes. Pasta should be slightly underdone.
Add oil to ovenproof skillet. Cook until beef starts browning, drain excess fat. Add onions & garlic cooking until onion start to turn translucent. Add in marinara sauce and season with salt & pepper. Cook until sauce is heated through.
Pour ground beef mixture over pasta and mix well.
Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add ground beef mixture to baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake @ 400 for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese is nice & bubbly.

Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash)
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded)
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well.
-Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add fresh basil leaves and mix.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix.
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
