✅Ingredients
• 12 ounces egg noodles
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 white onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cups frozen peas
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 pound cooked, diced chicken
• 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2-3 teaspoons olive oil
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:10 - Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and pour pasta to prepared pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:36 - Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add in onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, until softened. Stir in garlic and flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
3️⃣ 00:01:25 - Once mixture has thickened, stir in peas, cheddar cheese, and chicken. Turn off the heat and stir until cheese has melted. Pour over pasta in the 9x13 pan.
4️⃣ 00:02:09 - In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together crushed crackers, parmesan, and olive oil. Sprinkle over the pasta.
5️⃣ 00:02:57 - Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, until crackers are lightly browned. Serve hot.

Easy Italian Baked Pasta Casserole
This pasta casserole will satisfy everyone, the cook and the eaters! Easy to make and absolutely delicious. Basil, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, mm mmm Italian pasta casserole at its finest! Great for your vegetarian and gluten free friends, too!
For 12-16 servings, you'll need these ingredients.
Feel free to chop them in half!
36 oz pasta
16 oz raw spinach
1 egg
16 oz of ricotta
1/2 tsp salt/pepper
1 onion
3 green squash
4 cups mozzarella
Handful of fresh basil
48 oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Put a large pot of water up to boil for pasta. In another pan, heat up the olive oil and saute the spinach.
Once it has cooked down, you need to drain the liquid. Put the spinach in a colander and use a spatula to squeeze it out.
In a bowl, beat an egg, add the ricotta cheese and mix together.
Add the spinach, salt and pepper, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
When your water boils, add the pasta and cook al dente.
Cut up the opinions, add olive oil and saute in the same skillet you used to cook the spinach.
Slice your zucchini thin and saute with the onions.
When your pasta is al dente, drain it and put back in the pot. Make sure to add a bit of olive oil so it doesn’t stick together.
Once the zucchini has cooked down, add in the sauce. Stir together and cook for a few minutes
Now we build. First layer is 1/3 of the pasta, next is the sauce, fresh basil, half of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the shredded mozzarella, and half of the zucchini.

This is a very easy and tasty recipe idea to recreate when you want something savoury, tomatoey and filling meal!

Ingredients
1.5 lb - Ground Beef
2 tsp - Granulated Garlic
1 TBS - Dried Minced Onion
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Black Pepper
1 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
1 tsp - Oregano
7oz - Canned Mushrooms w/juice
24 oz - Spaghetti Sauce
24 oz - Water
8 oz - Dry Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

Today I'm going to show you how I make a simple Beef, Bean and Pasta Casserole. This dish is super hearty, cheesy and delicious! So, grab your ingredients and cook along with me.

Ingredients you'll need:
• 1 - Lb Ground Beef
• 1 - Onion (Diced/Chopped)
• 2 - tsp Minced Garlic
• 1 - 15oz Can Cannellini Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
• 1 - 14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
• 1 - 15oz Can Tomato Sauce
• 3 - Cups Uncooked Rigatoni Noodles (Prepare according to packaging instructions)
• 1 - 6oz Package Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 1 - 8oz Package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 2 - tsp Italian Seasoning
• 1 - tsp Salt
• 1/2 - tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Spray 11x7 inch baking dish with nonstick spray - Set Aside
• Brown ground beef adding chopped onion & garlic (Drain access oil once cooked)
• Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper - Cook 3-5 minutes
• Remove from heat - Stir in cooked pasta and parmesan cheese. Transfer to baking dish then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
• Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly
• Serve when ready
