Ultra Easy 30 Minute Cornbread

Corn bread doesn't have a whole lot of secrets, but I have one. That secret is using an herb browned butter in the batter. It's a small extra bit of effort for a massive addition of flavor. Either way, 30 minutes is all you need to make this so let's gooooo.

Caribbean Corn Pie (Eggless)//Sam's Gifted Hands
Corn pie can be enjoyed as a side dish with your Sunday meal and eaten with salad. Some love their corn moist, dry, or in between. Always increase or decrease the recipe, and the cooking to your liking.
Recipe
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 of a large onion
5 mini bell peppers
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
Two cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized carrots
3 stalks of chive/green onion
1 tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of water from whole corn mixed together.
1 14.75 oz tin of cream style corn
1 14.75 oz tin of whole corn
1 cup of evaporated milk (one tin can be used as well).
1 cup of corn meal (3/4 cups can be used as well)
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese ( more if you prefer)
1 cup of extra cheese for the top
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, depending on your stove.

Ako pratite precizno ovaj recept uvek ćete dobiti proju koja nije ni previše suva, ni previše tvrda ili živa, već ostane lepa I vazdušasta. Svejedno je da li ćete smešu izliti u tepsiju ili sipati u silikonske kalupe, razlika je samo u tome što kada imate kalupe možete da se igrate sa ukusima i dodate šta god želite.
Ja sam se ovaj put odlučila da u jedan deo kalupa stavim čistu masu, u deo da dodam kockice sira, a u preostali deo šunku. Od ove količine sam ispekla ukupno 30 mafina.

Pinto Beans and Cornbread Muffins / soul food recipes
,,,, Beans, again?,, I have been overruled,, we are going to have pinto beans for supper tonight,, 1&1/2 lb thick sliced, country style, slow cooked smoked hog jowl bacon (this is not vegan) used to season then frijoles (2 lbs) that have been soaked overnight (about 6 hrs) in 6 cups cold water (no salt) and slow cooked until tender (2-1/2 hrs),,,, now serve 'em up with homemade cornbread muffins (we got more cornbread just in case them muffins ain't enuff), sweet onion slices and a big cup of cold buttermilk,,, leave a comment, subscribe, pass it on, cook and enjoy,,,, the duck tape girl asked?, how are you going to get a Salvador Dali melting clock into a cooking video,,, I said, i'll put it on that kettle lid,,,, cook and enjoy,,
