How To make Cherry Cheesecake Delight (Low Fat)
Ingredients
CRUST

cinnamon snacks, crushed, (snackwells brand - fat free, about 1 1/2 boxes)

tablespoon
sugar

tablespoon
liquid butter buds
FILLING
:
8
oz
cream cheese, fat free
1/2
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
egg beaters
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
vanilla
3
tablespoon
flour
TOPPING
:
21
oz
cherry pie filling, can
2
cup
dream whip
2
tablespoon
grape nuts cereal
Directions:
Combine the crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Beat all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Top with dream whip and sprinkle grape nuts on top.

Betty's Cherry Cheesecake Parfait
Betty demonstrates how to make Cherry Cheesecake Parfait. This is a gorgeous dessert with cheesecake and cherry pie filling layers, topped with flaked, sweetened coconut.
Cherry Cheesecake Parfait
small package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups sour cream
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
21-ounce can cherry pie filling (You may use homemade cherry pie filling.)
3 ounces sweetened, flaked coconut
Combine pudding mix, sour cream, and cream cheese. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sugar and almond and vanilla flavorings. Spoon equal amounts into 8 parfait glasses, filling each half full. Add 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Spoon remaining pudding over top with another spoonful of pie filling. Garnish with coconut.
