From Scratch Cherry Delight
From scratch cherry delight is the ultimate crowd favorite dessert! Made with a perfectly fluffy whipped cream and cream cheese layer, a simple graham cracker crust, and a homemade cherry topping, you’ll wow your guests with this sweet and tart treat every time.

✅Ingredients
Crust:
• 24 graham crackers crushed, about 3 cups worth
• 3/4 cup butter melted
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cream Layer:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 16 ounces cream cheese softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar divided
Cherry Topping:
• 3 to 4 cups cherries, pitted, can use frozen (needs to be thawed)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
✅Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2️⃣ In a food processor, finely chop up 24 graham crackers.
3️⃣ In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix all together until well combined.
4️⃣ Press into a 9x13 oven-safe dish.
5️⃣ Bake for 10 minutes until it has become a touch more golden.
6️⃣ Cool completely.
Cream Layer:
1️⃣ Beat together whipping cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar.
3️⃣ Mix together the whipped cream mixture and the cream cheese mixture.
4️⃣ Spread carefully across the cooled graham cracker crust, ensuring that all of the edges are sealed and there are no voids or holes. Chill for 1 hour minimum.
Cherry Topping:
1️⃣ In a saucepan combine cherries, sugar, water, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix until combined then place on stove over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes until the liquid thickens. Pour into a jar or bowl and cover and let chill.
3️⃣ Pour the chilled cherry topping over the cream cheese layer when ready to serve.

This Cherry Delight Pie recipe blends the ingredients easily into a very colorful and light pie. Drizzling a small amount of cherry sauce over the pie, adding cherries and then applying whipped cream swirls finishes this delicious dessert.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 oz. unsalted butter
1 can cherry pie filling
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. whipped topping
Directions:
Pie crust:
Add 1 tbsp. sugar to the graham crumbs and mix. Pour 7 oz. melted butter to the graham crumbs. Mix until well combined. Pour the graham crumbs into the baking pan. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Bake at 325ºF. in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Topping:
Beat cream cheese on low speed. Gradually add the sugar. Beat on low speed until smooth and creamy. Add 3 tsp. vanilla extract and the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture carefully over the graham crust.
Filling:
Add 2 tsp. vanilla extract to the cherry filling. Stir until well combined. Carefully pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture.
Spread the remaining of the cream cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with cherry sauce, cherries and whipped cream swirls.

Cherry delight
Ingredients
Vanilla ice cream powder 3-4 tbsp
Milk 1 litter
Tetra pack cream 2 packets
Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
Condensed milk ½ cup
Canned cherries 1 cup
Soaked and chopped figs ½ cup
Chopped walnuts ½ cup
Broken cashews ½ cup
Chocolate chips ¾ cup
Method
Prepare vanilla ice cream mix from vanilla ice cream powder with 1 litre milk, cool, then place it in the fridge for 1 hour, do not freeze, once the ice cream custard has chilled well, add in chilled tetra pack cream and ice cream in it, so the ice cream gets all dissolved and well mixed in the custard, mix all together, add in cherries, nuts and chocolate chips, serve chilled.
Easy No Bake Cherry Delight
Whip up a super easy no bake cherry delight with Dream Whip, cream cheese, and a pecan crust. This old-fashioned dessert recipe hails from my mom's kitchen and was one of my dad's absolute favorite desserts.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pecan crust (video here:
16 ounces cream cheese
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
42 ounces cherry pie filling
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Have the pecan crust baked, cooled, and ready to go. (Or you can also use a graham cracker crust, pre-made pie crust, etc.)
2. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese well.
3. In a separate mixer bowl, whisk together the Dream Whip with the milk and vanilla, according to package directions. Whisk it until it begins to form soft peaks, about 4 minutes.
4. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to the Dream Whip mixture, and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it’s smooth and creamy.
5. Spread the Dream Whip cream cheese filling onto the prepared pie crust.
6. Then top it all off with cherry pie filling.
7. Cover your no bake cherry dessert and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
8. When it’s ready to serve, you can top it off with a dollop of whipped cream or serve it as is. It’s so delicious!

Cherry Delight with Pineapple Fluff
Ingredients:
16 whole graham crackers crushed
1 stick butter melted
1 Tbsp sugar
1 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple drained
2 21 oz cans of cherry pie filling
1 8 oz container of whipped topping thawed
Directions:
Mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter together
Press the cracker mixture in the bottom of a 9 X13 dish
(Optional) bake the crust at 350 degrees for 7 minutes and let cool completely.
Mix the cream cheese
Add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth
Add the drained pineapple and fold together
Add the whipped topping and fold together
Spread the pineapple fluff on the cracker crust
Spread both cans of cherries on top of the fluff
Refrigerate for several hours and serve.
